Great location, clean, amazing views from Rm 5 of the bay, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful owner and staff.
Very dated. Springs sticking out of bed, which to be fair, was replaced on second night with another mattress. Mish mash of cheap furniture with very dated decoration. Worn faded carpets and really mouldy smell in lounge area. Different taps on bathroom sink, difficult to regulate shower temperature.
