Lovely one-night stay in Scarborough. Claire was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The room was absolutely spotless, the beds were really comfortable, and the location was excellent — perfect for getting around Scarborough. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is amazing, room very clean and tidy, modern and all the facilities clearly explained by owner. Loved the mini fridge and safe availble in room. No issues at all during stay. Few little repairs and touch ups needed in room and guest house but owner was honest about this which I liked. Would definately stay again, can get a parking permit for £5 for 2 nights which is very good value and quite handy as most streets around property use the permit.
View out of window not great, view of back yard which was in need of refurb, if this was done out would be ideal. Room was small, quite hot as well. No air con or fan available, did ask but was told other people had broken fans during stays. That was my only niggle in peak summer the room would be very hot, it was hot during my stay and being able to borrow a fan during stay would have been ideal.
