The property was exceptional, the hosts had thought of so many details and we actually brought items that are not usually present but in this case, they were! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property, we chatted about the local area and best way to reach town and the beach, both within very easy walking distance. The property was in a quiet residential area, perfect for us as we didn't want the noise of the city centre. I would thoroughly recommend the Garrett for couples or even a couple with a child as the sofa bed was very comfortable and room didn't feel cramped with both beds being fully made up and in use.
I can't think of anything else that would have improved the accommodation, it was lovely.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at The Garrett and honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice.
The first thing that really stood out was how incredibly clean everything was — absolutely spotless. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and it is quite rare to find a place maintained to such a high standard. Everything felt fresh, tidy and very well cared for.
The Garrett is also wonderfully quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax. At the same time, the location is excellent — only about a five-minute walk from the beach.
The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped, cosy and clearly prepared with a lot of care and attention.
And finally, the hosts were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, friendly and genuinely kind. They made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to The Garrett in the future. A beautiful little place, fantastic hosts and a perfect base for enjoying Weymouth.

Lovely studio apartment which was perfect for me and my son.
Very close to the beach, crazy golf and parkrun which is everything you need for a fabulous weekend!
Had everything we needed but if you are cooking it only has a microwave and toaster. But there is a great fish and chip shop and other take aways nearby. And a short walk into the town centre.
