Property was in a great location close to the beach. Full kitchen with everything we needed, owner was very helpful.

Was a bit of a drainage smell coming from the bathroom but apart from that everything was fine.

Great location — short walk to the station, to the beack, town centre and harbour. Can easily go back for some naps or whatever during the day. Clean spaces. Well maintained.

If you are looking for a very basic accommodation with main facilities included, this one is for you. Location is great (near the train station and 5 min walk from the beach, 2 min from the shops)! There is a washing machine (nowhere to dry clothes though), kettle, very good oven and crockery/cutlery, a very messy microwave, but very good fan. There is also an iron, but we didn't use it. Dining table is in the lounge, so you need to carry the food from the kitchen there. Settee converts into a very spacious bed (very uncomfortable, as you can feel every single detail of the frame,so probably best for small children). Check parking arrangements, as the property doesn't provide a parking pass (some properties don't advertise it,but do provide it). Main bedroom was decent, I loved the doors onto the back bit and big windows/curtains. Overall very spacious and basic needs well met.

4 people staying- 2 big towels and one hand towel provided. Spare pillows under the bed were so badly stained (previous guests probably didn't use them) Plenty of sockets,but half of them don't work. Walls decor is very dirty, skirting boards detach in many places, looks like someone quickly covered everything with plasterboard and put wallpaper in places. Bathroom and shower head mouldy (to be fair, it is like that in most places) Microwave brown inside There were coffee, olive oil left on the counter, which I thought was very kind. The expiration date was 2024. Sinks not attached to the walls. There was nothing to clean the floor with (we stayed for 6 days). Check recycling bins as well, they needed to be emptied, which we didn't know. Just a little notice would suffice- we would have taken the bins out :) We weren't sure what the patio/garden was for? There's nowhere to sit, no line to hang the washing ( we bought and installed one and left some pegs too), the drain is there- if anyone showers or uses the washing machine, you will hear it. It is covered up with makeshift boards and bricks. The area is quite busy with both families and people who are drunk, smoke cannabis etc (but that's quite normal), just mind if you have small children, but the property feels secure overall. There are people living upstairs (staff?), but they are quite mindful when you stay in the property and polite, just keep that in mind.
