Dormouse 18th Century Holiday cottage

Clean and comfortable accommodation that was centrally located with parking.

The stairs were steep and narrow.

Great location, own parking space was a god send. So close to all the amenities, beach and can walk to almost everything.

Could do with fans in rooms as very hot we brought our own but would be a great added touch in the heat.

The quirkiness and comfort of the cottage. Easy to feel at home. The shower was the best around.

Not enough power sockets in lounge

A little hidden gem, very quirky, hence the name! The location and free parking space for one car in front of the property is very convenient.

Although a super little cottage it’s not the cleanest place we’ve stayed! It feels a bit unloved and could be improved greatly from a little TLC. If you have any mobility problems or are 6 ft plus you would find the stairs a bit of a struggle! Very narrow, twisty and steep. Not easy to get your luggage up or down. As the shower is over the bath, like a previous customer said, yes a bath mat would be helpful as it’s slippery underfoot when showering. No towels are provided, only one small hand towel in the bathroom.
