Arrived an hour early to figure out location and front door locks. Cleaner was there who let me drop my bags and get pass for the car. Parked easily right out front. Super convenient and great location. The value for money is great per night. You may need bring ear plugs for the seagulls at 5am but that is due to location and not the property itself. Towels available to use for beach ect. All amenities work just as they should.
This was perfect for our two night stay. We are not fussy and everything was clean, organised and helpful hosts

Location although parking was not easy even with a permit
The window at the bedroom facing the beach could not be closed and there was a draft all night. The fridge had used items in it which was not pleasant. There was no tea towel which would have been handy. No TV instructions to get eg BBC.
