The property was very spacious. You may think that the courtyard (although nice) won't get any sunlight... that would be wrong; we were pleasantly surprised throughout the day that we could sit in the sunshine.
Windows have safety catches, we couldn't open them as wide as we would've like to. But this wasn't exactly a bad thing, just a preference.

Quiet location, property was very clean and comfortable. Hayley answered any questions quickly. Single push button heating switch was very helpful. Parking permit was brilliant.

Perfect location for me - near the beach front, town centre and train station, the available of the car park permit was also brilliant as overnight parking in Weymouth can get expensive.

The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. Attention to detail in decoration was good. The owner kept in touch and instructions were clear. It was in walking distance of main shops and very close to the beach.
The area was run down and very noisy at night, we cut our trip short due to lack of sleep. To be fair this is not something the owner can control and the other reviews don't state this as a problem so perhaps we were just unlucky with the shouting and banging next door? We would have liked a TV in the bedroom but other than that the house was lovely.
