Old Malthouse Apartment

The property was in a very good location close to lots of restaurants and close to the beach and Harbour

It isn’t really a dislike, but I was surprised when we arrived that there was scaffolding outside the property and lots of roof and building work going on next door but luckily they were quite quiet and it didn’t really disturb us

The building is tucked away, next row back from harbour & the eateries, it’s also a short walk to the town where you will find an array of good shop’s & cafes as well as the tourist shops, there is a bank & chemists too. The building isn’t much to look at from outside & looks small, but once inside & up the single flight stairs, it opens up into the fabulous living area, 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/ diner, good sized lounge with recliners & a lovely bathroom. There is also a stair gate at the top of the stairs, great if you have young children or a dog. The beds were very comfortable & the apartment was exceptionally clean, we will definitely use this property again.

Nothing to dislike, apart from some clanging from the staff that are working in the restaurant kitchens, that are on opposite side of the road. It didn’t bother us at all & if you closed the windows you couldn’t hear it.
