Old Malthouse Apartment is an apartment that consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin serviced by a bathroom with shower over bath. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a parking permit available. One well-behaved dog are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within less than 100 yards you will find a pub, shops and cafes, river, quay 30 yards, harbour and beach 0.1 mile. Make memories with a stay at Old Malthouse Apartment. 4th and 5th July 2026- Festivals will cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions.
