Die Lage ist gut, zur belebten Innenstadt sind es ca. 10min. Die Straße ist ruhig, es gibt gute Möglichkeiten das Auto zu parken mit Parkuhr

*Proche de la gare. *Bon rapport qualité-prix. *Communication aisée avec la propriétaire. *Propre.
*DES PERSONNES DE L'APPARTEMENT À CÔTÉ QUI SONNENT À L'INTERPHONE AVEC INSISTANCE À 22H ⚠️ *Pièce globalement petite (suffisante pour une ou deux nuits) *Porte coulissante et transparente des commodités/SDB qui laisse un entrebaillement/ pas d'intimité. *Une Senséo mais pas de dosette mise gracieusement à disposition (il y avait des sachets de thé). *Couette plus que fine même pour la saison. *Difficile de partir rapidement car il faut prévoir poubelle au sous-sol, retirer les draps et serviettes, faire le ménage,descendre les étages pour remettre la clé dans la boîte.

Keine Klimaanlage, keine Parkplätze ( da muss man Glück haben einen zu bekommen da an der Straße) Viel Lärm Das Bett durchgelegen!
