Location excellent and top tip for phantasialand parking was very helpful. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed using the stove then the bbq. Lots of little homely features and comforts.

Magical place, everything little as big was thought of. Beautiful, comfortable, warm and welcoming house and well equipped. Made our little holiday in the country side just perfect.

Stunning property with great outdoor space

incredibly spacious property with amazing outdoor space. Good quality throughout with all kitchen amenities and TVs in all bedrooms. Great location for exploring western Germany with the tram station for both Bonn and Koln within 5 minutes walk. Phantasialand is only 15 minutes drive and the owner will tell you where to park for free.

We really love the place. Although it was not included in reservation, we would have preferred a Washer and Dryer; since there are no laundromats near.

Heerlijk huis voor een bezoek aan phantasialand

Heerlijke woning voor een paar dagen om phantasialand te bezoeken. De woning heeft een prachtige tuin met schommels, een fijne woonkamer met comfortabele bank en stoelen. De keuken heeft alle faciliteiten en alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor ons al de tweede keer dat we het huis geboekt hebben. De heer Haas was binnen enkele minuten bij het huis om ons de sleutels te overhandigen en een rondleiding te geven. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Trotz der ruhigen dörflichen Lage kommt man mit der nahen Bahn schnell nach Bonn oder Köln.

Auszeit auf dem Land:-)

Schönes Haus. Vermieter war sehr nett. Eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk war auch da. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Spiele für die kinder waren auch genügend da. Der Garten lädt zum ruhen ein. Wirklich sehr schön. Genügend Handtücher sind vor Ort. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.

Leider war es nicht so sauber. Wir hatten einige Hinterlassenschaften von den Vormieter. Das war natürlich nicht so toll. Darauf sollte man besser achten.Auf dem Esstisch waren noch Reste. Kaffee Filter war noch in der Kaffeemaschine. Viele Haare auf dem Boden:-( die Kissen sind viel zu dünn. Aber das kommt auch auf das persönliche Gefühl an .

Eigentlich benötigten wir nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für den Besuch einer Hochzeitsfeier. In dem Haus konnte man sich aber so wohlfühlen, dass man schon fast bedauerte, dass ein keine Urlaubsunterkunft war. O-Ton Oma: "Hier könnte ich wochenlang Urlaub machen" ;-) Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist an alles gedacht und der Vermieter, der uns persönlich empfangen hat, war auch sehr, sehr nett.

Perfect verblijf voor een uitstap naar Phantasialand

Het huis is heel ruim voor 5 personen, heel fijn dat bed- en badlinnen wordt voorzien. Het huis is heel goed voorzien, alles wat je kan nodig hebben, is aanwezig. Van de tuin konden wij geen gebruik maken door het weer maar deze zag er ook heel gezellig uit. De infomap is heel handig (incl. tip voor gratis parkeren nabij Phantasialand 😀), heel goed gelegen voor een uitstap naar Phantasialand, vele winkels in de omgeving.

Misschien alleen de matrassen van het uitschuifbed, die zijn vrij dun.
