Clean, spacious design room at a reasonable price.

Spacious, clean room with design interior. Kettle and coffee machine was present in the room and wifi quality was good and the area was fairly quite yet still shops were nearby. Owner was proactive in the providing information.

Mattress is fairly thin. Generally I liked it, but it needs to be flipped more often as it had a 'valley' near the bed stand. There was no cupboard that could be closed and the glass desktop looked like something that would break too easily.

This place felt more like a hotel than an AirBnB rental. Beautiful!

The room and bathroom(s), especially the large bathroom were beautiful (the bathtub was huge!) and immaculately clean. And for me the location was perfect to get to work. It was also super simple to get in and out and the host communicated promptly with everything I needed to know.

I had a little issue with the WLAN, but I am not sure if it was the WLAN or just my phone. So no complaints, just a suggestion to double check the WLAN connectivity to prevent others from having issues.

i took my bike with me from Lithuana to Collone. Have been travelig by plane and the with bike. Nice places to see near the river Rhine. Very good Hotel. Clean, easy to find and i could store my bike down the stairs. All i needed

Super stylish, clean rooms and the building, which is easy to reach. Fast communication with the owner, great recommendations. Definitely recommended for solo/couple travelers!

It's nice stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The coffee maker provided in the room was also nice. Although I had some trouble getting into the apartment due to the late check-in, Mark responded very quickly and efficiently. Although it is a shared bathroom, I didn't meet other guests when I stayed, so it was quiet and comfortable to stay in the apartment. I think I will choose to stay here again when I visit Bad Godesberg next time.

Very clean, it has everything you need, public transport is near, supermarkets also! the owner is very nice and helpful!

for some people may be a little bit inconvenient that the bathroom is not private it is one for the whole floor - 2-3 rooms use it together

Hervorragender Aufenthalt.....wie bei Familie oder Freunden, jedoch eben privat!

Ein tolles Haus mit privatem Charme und 'cleaner' Einrichtung, teils antik, teils modern. Es fühlte sich eher an wie bei Freunden oder Familie ein Gästezimmer zu haben. Sehr schönes, modernes Badezimmer, das man sich gut teilen kann mit anderen Gästen.....eben wie bei Freunden/ Familie. Der Herr, der sich um die Buchung kümmert war stets sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Werde sicher wieder das Hotel buchen, ob geschäftlich oder privat.

Caro sem banheiro

Precisei viajar para Bad Godesberg e tive imensa dificuldade para encontrar um quarto de hotel pelo menos com banheiro. Não encontrei e tive que pegar um quarto sem banheiro por um preço muito elevado. Depois me disseram que estaria havendo uma feira regional em Köln. Nessa situação não pude deixar de traçar um paralelo com Belém, onde será realizada a COP30. Se um dia for realizada uma COP30 em Köln, quem for para Bad Godesberg vai ter que dormir no banco da praça e pagar muito caro por isso. Depois tem gente reclamando das hospedagens em Belém

Чисті спальня, ванна кімната та туалет. 5 хв до метро. Комунікація із господарем 100/10. У номері надавали воду, чай, каву, цукор безкоштовно. У номері тепло, непогана звукоізоляція. Район тихий, охайний.

Все було чудово. До гігієнічного набору можна було б додати капці, а також, можна змінювати рушники раз на 3 дні, але на оцінку це не повпливало. Я впевнена, що якби я написала господареві, він би вирішив цю проблему моментально.

Wird wie ein AirBnB geführt - Einlass per Türcode. Bie mir gab es im Hausflur kein Licht. Bei später Ankunft ist es schwierig, in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer.

Schönes Gästezimmer

Ich hatte ein großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat gut geklappt und das sehr große Gemeinschaftsbad teilt man sich nur mit 3 anderen Zimmern. Besonders die Duschkabine ist groß und sehr komfortabel. Die Dusche hat einen guten Druck und wird schnell warm.

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu übersehen. Die Treppen sind Altbau typisch sehr hoch und steil. Der Ventilator ist zwar schön aber auch ziemlich laut.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gibt für 3 Zimmer ein gemeinsames Badezimmer plus eine Extra Toilette auf der Etage - alles neu renoviert und sehr sauber und modern. Ein- und Auschecken ist einfach und bequem.

Ontbijt regelde ik zelf. Er was geen keuken, dus dat deed ik op mijn kamer. Dat ging prima, er was ook een waterkoker voor thee, en een koelkast op de gang

Sauberes und ordentliches Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung (TV, Kleiderbügel, Wasserkocher etc.). Gemeinschaftsbäder ordentlich, sauber und groß. Ablauf/Organisation der Schlüsselaus- und Abgabe. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Treppen sind recht steil (für schwache, ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen schwierig). Kissen war für mich nicht geeignet.

Das Mobiliar war sehr neu und gut, das Zimmer sehr groß und großzügig, das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Charme. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet.

Das einzige, was mich gestört hat, war Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer. Ich möchte dennoch keine schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen, weil ich ansonsten sehr zufrieden war.

nicht gefallen gibt es nicht. Dass ich ein eigenes Bad bevorzuge ist mein Thema :-)….aber selbst das hat super funktioniert. Ich glaube für eine Nacht würde ich es wieder machen.
