Good location, good value for money

The apartment was easy to find and communication with the host went smoothly. The apartment is large, with a terrace and a fairly good equipped kitchen. The bathroom is clean and we were supplied with clean towels. The beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. The nearest station, as well as a decent supermarket was 10 minutes away.

The train tracks are quite close and the trains can be really loud even during the night. Some of the furnuture was stained and broken.

A great location in a beautiful city

This is a lovely little flat, great for the park and museum mile, with tramstops and buses nearby. The pullout bed was really nice, and it was perfect sleeping for 2 adults and a child. Had good facilities, Mahdi is a friendly and helpful host, and it felt comfortable and safe

Overall the flat could do with a refresh, but it was generally clean and nice. There was some noise from the trains, but with windows and blinds shut it didn't bother us

Departamento completo muy bueno.

Muy lindo el departamento. Cómodo y espacioso. Muy limpio todo. Muy amable Malika, la anfitriona. Necesitamos cosas en nuestra estancia y no dudo en ayudarnos. Cocina completa. Un barrio muy tranquilo.

Quizás es algo alejado del centro si andas caminando. Pero de todos modos es un camino tranquilo.

Es war warm in der Wohnung, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich

- Das Mobiliar war stark verschlissen bzw. defekt - Bad: Die Dusche war sehr stark verschmutzt, der Heizkörper verrostet, Schimmelspuren an der Decke - Küche: Der Herd war stark verschmutzt, im stark vereisten Gefrierfach waren noch angebrochene Lebensmittel -Schlafzimmer: Das Bett hat eine sehr schlechte stark durchgelegene Matratze - Fußboden: Ist an diversen Stellen sehr schlecht verlegt, große Spalten

El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable, tranquila y sin complicaciones. Me gustó su cercanía al transporte público y al centro, su quietud y silencio. El anfitrión siempre muy amable y dispuesto a contestar todas tus preguntas y dudas.

Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung zum ÖPNV. Parkplatz für das Auto vor der Tür. Das Apartment ist für drei Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alles war sauber.

Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa und die Stühle sind für längeres Sitzen unbequem.

Buona scelta per lavoratori

Ho apprezzato molto questo appartamento, soprattutto per la sua posizione comoda, vicino a diverse fermate della metro e a numerosi uffici. L'alloggio, ideale per coppie e lavoratori, si distingue per la sua pulizia impeccabile e per essere dotato di ogni comfort, inclusa una cucina ben attrezzata. Inoltre, si percepisce un genuino senso di accoglienza che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

L’unico aspetto che potrebbe non soddisfare tutti è la zona, prevalentemente destinata a uffici, che comporta una carenza di servizi e di vita sociale. Ci sono un paio di supermercati a circa 15 minuti a piedi ma nessun ristorante o cafè. Nel complesso, si tratta di una scelta eccellente per chi cerca comfort e funzionalità in una zona silenziosa.

Die Einrichtungsgegenstände waren in einem guten Zustand. Die Elektrik einschließlich Leuchten und TV sowie die Heizung in allen Räumen funktionierten einwandfrei. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit vor dem TV wäre wünschenswert.

Duschabtrennung und Herd sind schon älter und erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Rollläden sind dringend zu überholen. Die Handtuchstange im Bad sollte wieder angeschraubt werden.
