Nice cozy apartment in Bonn

Communication with the hostess was prompt and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The apartment is clean, cozy, and warm, which is important in the cold season. There's a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed on the balcony, which has been converted into a summer garden. The kitchen has all the necessities. The internet is good, and you can use (TV-box) streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and other services with your account. A good supermarket, Edeka Kipping, is 100 meters away. Parking is free on the street, but you'll have to search a bit to find a spot. The city center is a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop right outside the door, but we didn't use it.

The kitchen is small. Two pans are old and scratched, and there is only one saucepan for cooking. Several light bulbs are missing from the light fixtures within the apartment. The sofa in the living room doesn't fold out and isn't suitable for sleeping for larger people (the sleeping place is too short and too narrow). It's impossible to open the light curtains on the front of the apartment, as all the windows on the ground floor overlook the bus stop and the sidewalk. It would be more practical to replace the existing light curtain with tulle for the day and a thick curtain for the night. There is no wardrobe in the bedroom. Overall, the apartment is a good experience, but these little things will make it just perfect.

Gutes Potenzial für Gemütlichkeit: Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ein gutes Potenzial, sehr gemütlich zu sein. Stimmiges Badezimmer: Die Farben der Handtücher sind gut auf das Bad abgestimmt, was einen ordentlichen und harmonischen Eindruck macht. Gute Anbindung: Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor den Fenstern, was die Lage sehr praktisch macht. Unkomplizierter Check-in: Die Tür wurde per Telefon geöffnet, was sehr unkompliziert und problemlos funktioniert hat. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeberin: Die Gastgeberin antwortet schnell und ist gut erreichbar. Schöner Wintergarten: Der Wintergarten ist ein sehr schöner Bereich der Wohnung. Ein gemütlicher Sessel könnte diesen Raum noch weiter aufwerten. Wohnbereich: Das Sofa und der Sofatisch sind schön und laden grundsätzlich zum Verweilen ein. Fernseher: Ein großer Fernseher ist vorhanden (wir haben ihn nicht genutzt und daher nicht geprüft). Schlafkomfort: Die Matratzen im Bett (ca. 1,40 m breit) sind bequem und haben zu einem guten Schlafkomfort beigetragen. (Die Wohnung war im EG und sehr hell.)

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht durchgängig gegeben (u. a. schmutziges Geschirr, Haare in kleinen Handtüchern, Staub hinter Stromkabeln). Mit Baby, das viel krabbelt, war das für uns besonders ungünstig. Zudem fehlten teilweise Glühbirnen, es gibt keine Jalousien (nur leichte Gardinen), und die Mikrowelle hatte einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch.

Haltestelle sehr nah.Badezimmer sauber.

Natürliches Licht nur im Flur.Nur ein Messer zum Brot schmieren im Besteckkasten.Backofen war nicht sauber und enthielt noch Backpapier mit Pizzaresten.Angegeben war Erdgeschoss,es handelt sich aber um Hochpaterre,was mit Kinderwagen zwar noch machbar mit Rollstuhl aber sicher nicht zu schaffen wäre.Es wurde auch angegeben, dass ein Parkplatz vor Ort dazu genommen werden könnte,was jedoch nicht der Fall war.Achtung bei der Dusche,falsch montiert.Bei kalt kommt heißes Wasser und umgekehrt.In der Wohnung ist es sehr hellhörig.

Ev sahipleri çok ilgili ve nazikti, tüm taleplerime olumlu ve hızlı bir şekilde yanıt verdiler. Rahat ve keyifli bir konaklama arayanlar için ideal bir seçenek. English: A clean, warm, and comfortable home, fully equipped with all essential items. It’s just 7 minutes from the city center and has a bus stop right in front. The hosts were very kind and attentive, responding positively and promptly to all my requests. An ideal choice for anyone seeking a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Für Kurzurlauber zu empfehlen

Es hat alles sehr reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung war mit allem eingerichtet, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht ab. Die Straßenbeleuchtung scheint direkt in die Betten.
