Warm, welcoming and cozy stay!

Beautiful home with a private entrance for privacy. The hosts are warm and very friendly. The living unit is on the second floor with a view of Venusberg from the balcony. The room was sparkling clean and cozy and has ample sitting area to work, eat and relax. There is a small kitchenette and a huge bathroom which again, was sparkling clean and well equipped. Bus and tram stations are just 3-4 min walk and so is a Rewe to buy food items/groceries (it is literally the next bldg!) Overall, I loved this place and wish I could stay longer. Definitely recommend and looking forward to next visit!

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet road with a terrace and view over the hills, and a well-stocked shop just round the corner. Hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was spacious and very clean.

A very quiet and cozy apartment, with its own charm and part of a beautiful old house boasting a reclusive inner yard.

Nothing to complain, except perhaps a wish for a better table that could be used in case of a self-inflicted spite for late night work.

An ideal place to stay

Large and very comfortable apartment, equipped with top technology. Very functional kitchen, and terrace with a beautiful view. In a quiet area, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. You can walk through the forest, in addition to having public transport nearby. The Hoffman family were very kind. They welcome you with drinks and sweets and offers you assistance whenever you need it. Everything was charming.

It was perfect for me.

Large, very clean, well equipped and comfortable room and bath, with terrace and great views of woods and mountains. Attentive and helpful hosts. Nice kitchen facilities. Quiet location close to public transport.

Superb

Heike was very sweet and really friendly and helpful. My German is very basic, but we found a way to communicate. The apartment was smaller than I expected, but comfortable and quiet. It is located in a nice neighborhood, has a REWE store across the street and is a 20 minute walk to/from my office which I was looking forward to and ended up enjoying.

The walk to my office crosses a rail line that keeps you standing for quite a long time. Did not find any places to offer breakfast in the close vicinity of the property.

Probably the best place to stay in Bonn! Highly recommended.

I'm staying at the Arkadenschlösschen for the 2nd time and it's an excellent experience. The sleeping room is neat and light, a bit too small though, but it's fine. The living room upstairs is spacious and also very comfortable. It makes good use of the natural light coming from the outside. I had everything I needed for a short stay, and I slept very well at night thanks to the comfortable bed and pillow that my room was firnished with. A Rewe store is directly around the corner. There's also a light rail/tram terminus in 5 minutes' walking distance so getting around Bonn from the hotel location was a piece of cake. The journey to the Hauptbahnhof took 13 minutes. There's also a bakery right next to the tram stop, very convenient for a quick breakfast. The landlord, Mr. Hoffmann, is very attentive to his tenants. I told him I would be going to Trier after my stay in Bonn and he was so kind to recommend a nice restaurant to dine in the city.

The internet connection was steady, but sometimes I had trouble loading pages on my mobile phone. It could be attributed to the external telecommunication provider though. The wooden stairs leading to the living room is narrow and a bit slippery and one has to be careful while coming down. It'd be nice to have a pair of slippers, just to prevent occasional falling.

Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben muss man das tolle Badezimmer und den Balkon mit Blick auf den Venusberg. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber doch recht zentral und nah an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Herzlichen Dank an die sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit prima Anbindung ans Bonner Zentrum

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die wir schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht haben. Ruhig gelegen, Rewe um die Ecke und Tram-Haltestelle in 100 m Entfernung - was will man mehr. Die große Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Venusberg.

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, freundlicher Empfang; große, saubere Einraumwohnung (kleine Kochecke und exquisites Bad separat), Balkon mit Blick auf den Venusberg, ruhig gelegen (trotz nahem REWE); schöner Bonner Stadtteil mit Tram-Anbindung.

Месторасположение. Красивые улочки, рядом магазин Реве, недалеко трамвайная остановка. Очень удобный матрас, тёплые полы, есть биде. С балкона открывается красивый вид на город. Очень гостеприимные хозяева.

Крутые лестницы, на двуспальной кровати 2 маленьких и толстых одеяла. Нет окна, которое можно было бы открыть на проветривание, только балконная дверь, которая открывается наружу. Мне пришлось подпирать её стулом снаружи. На кухне нечем было помыть посуду, ни тряпки, ни средства, мыли просто руками под водой. Не слишком удобный круглый стол. В шкафу практически нет полок, куда положить одежду, а вешалок недостаточно.

Bonn und Arkadenschlösschen, gerne wieder!

Lage bewußt gewählt, ruhige Wohnlage; Rewe förmlich im Hof, Weg zur Tram kurz (ca. 350m), 5min Taktung, schnell am Hbf Bonn (ca. 15min), von da sehr gute Anbindungen, um die Museumsmeile etc zu erreichen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus inklusiv, fußläufig super toller Spanier und guter Italiener; wer Wandern möchte, Vermieter*in kennen tolle Strecken, insgesamt sehr hilfsbereit, Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist beeindruckender als auf den Fotos; großes Bad; Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm im Januar; der Ausblick vom Balkon muss im Frühling toll sein;

Die Treppe zur Fewo ist steil, für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen nicht empfehlenswert, kann man anhand der Fotos aber erkennen; vielleicht ein Nachtlicht für den Übergang Küche - Badezimmer oder im Bad
