About this house rental
Located right on the pedestrian zone in Bonn-Duisdorf; the S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away. By train, you can reach downtown Bonn in 8 minutes.
Excellent access to the highway, with numerous restaurants and shopping options within 500 meters.
The house is in the final stages of renovation. The interior work is complete, and the courtyard is currently being finished.
You’ll find a little house where we ourselves lived for a long time. If there’s anything you need, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a desk for working from home, and the TV has Wi-Fi so you can watch Netflix if you log in with your account.
We always try to welcome you in person. If this isn’t convenient for you, you’ll find a key safe right next to the doorbell where you can retrieve the key; we’ll send you the code shortly before your arrival. When you walk through the entrance gate into the courtyard, the FIRST DOOR on the left leads to the rental property.
Please note that parking is not permitted in front of the courtyard gate. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

Good, it was a good environment with good security. But there was no sitting room as described with the pictures in internet!
They should try and do the exact description of the place well without over exaggerating. But the object wàs neat and there was internet network with TV,and i was sitting in the kitchen whenever we retire for the day instead of the sitting room because the sitting room was turned to a room where my boys slept.
