Downtown Apartment

Todo súper bien con la habitación y cuando necesitamos ayuda para entrar vino la hija de la dueña y luego ella misma, muy atentas y amables.

Abrir la puerta es súper difícil y hay que tirar muy duro para abrir la puerta de la habitación. Nos dieron un código, pero al girar la manija electrónica se siente como que lo vas a romper, no sabíamos si era que teníamos mal el código o que era y en verdad tuvimos que llamar para que nos asistieran y nos dio mucha pena que solo tirar con mucha fuerza para abrir. Pero no éramos las únicas, cuando llegamos también estaba llegando otra chica para la habitación de arriba y tuvo exactamente el mismo problema que nosotras. Creo que deberían explicarlo en las indicaciones y se habrían ahorrado tener que ir a asistirnos en persona.

The location was great. I liked the keypad entry system.

Das Apartmenthaus (1x ÜN ohne Frühstück) befindet sich in besonders guter Lage an der schönen Flaniermeile im Altstadt-Zentrum bzw. die optimale, kurze Entfernung - maximal 7 Min. zu Fuß von/zum Zug und Bus - sind absolut vorteilhaft. Mir wurde ein flexibler Check-in gewährt (20-22h). Die Besitzer sind nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch sehr zuvorkommend und umsichtig im Umgang mit ihren Gästen und Kunden (Eisdiele mit hauseigenen, hervorragenden Köstlichkeiten, nur ein paar Ecken weiter in der Sterngasse….unbedingt ausprobieren).

Es gibt von meiner Seite aus nichts zu beanstanden, es hat alles nach Wunsch bestens funktioniert. .

Location was great. Having AC in this hot weather was a life saver. Overall the apartment was well equiped and furnished.

Seems that somebody had slept in the bed before. Disgusting to find hairs and some dirt on the bedshits. The towels were just from the shop and were not even washed. The glasses were dirty and there is not even a dishwashing liquid to wash it. The bed linen were terrible sintetic quality. The apartment is really nice, but this detailes makes me never come back.
