A nice apartment house in a quiet part of the town.

Great location in a quiet part of the town, not far away from the city center. We were a bit worried about the location at first, but you can get here quite fast from the main train station by using multiple bus lines. Three of the lines stop about 8-10 minutes of walking distance (stop "Bonn Poppelsdorfer Platz") and an another one just 3-4 minutes (stop "Luisenstrasse") . There is a bakery open daily just a few steps from the apartment and if you walk to the Poppelsdorfer Platz, you will find a lot of dining and shopping opportunities, including great cafes. The host, Nadine was very helpful and was always ready to make our stay more enjoyable. There is also a parking lot in the back of the apartment house, but we didn't use it.

The rainy weather :) But jokes aside, I can imagine the place can get quite warm without the AC during summer (there were fans prepared in both our rooms).

Nadine is the loveliest host I have met on my many journeys“

500 Miles offers quiet, quaint apartments in Bonn’s most picturesque neighborhood, the Südstadt. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and bath, very clean and serviceable. There is even a small balcony where you can listen to the birds. I stayed with Nadine to attend my brother’s funeral, and she went above and beyond to take care of me and cheer me. I am so grateful!

I totally recommend it – it's worth every penny, and I would absolutely stay here again! :)

This is an amazing place to stay – you can feel like home even while traveling. I am not a huge fan of hotels, so it was just a blessing for me. The apartment is completely private, fully equipped, has its own kitchen and bathroom (and a huge bathtub) with and all necessities you can possible think of. The interior is very detailed and cozy. Everything is either new or very well-maintained, and it's sparkling clean! I absolutely loved it here. The location is just as great – the neighbourhood is very lovely, calm, and safe. It has cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores all around it. Even though the apartment isn't technically in the very city center, the central railway station is only about 20 mins away by feet, so it was just perfect for me. And, most importantly, Nadine is the kindest and the sweetest landlord I've ever met in my life! She was always in touch and helped me with everything I needed during my stay. I'm so grateful for the hospitality – it made my stay here even more unforgettable, thank you!

500 Miles was an excellent choice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the center, shops, parks, etc. The apartment is not huge, but is very convenient, clean and has everything one needs for the stay. It has a private parking, so it's also a big plus. Nadine, the host of the apartment, was very nice and helpful. Overall i am very satisfied with the apartment and will book again next time in Bonn

Our hostess was very nice and helpful. She informed us about every thing at all times. The location was perfect, next to Poppelsdort and the botanic garten.

The fact that there was smoker's rooms in the same floor was annoying because the smells were coming into our appartment. I would seriously advice to rent only to non-smokers or separate the rooms by floor.

Great and peaceful!

The host, Nadine, was very professional and caring. We felt at home. The appartement was well equipped, very clean, and perfect for two or more persons. It is located in a beautiful area, also close to an organic store and great bakery. I would recommend to anyone who like to walk or take a bike and visit the surroundings. You can take a bus, nearby, otherwise! Nice restaurants are just 10 minutes walking distance. We will come back, for sure!

Excellent. Fast stable internet, comfortable well-equipped apartment, warm in winter. Super helpful landlady. There's a bakery and a bioladen really close, and restaurants not far away. It's a quick bus trip into the city center.
