The location of the facility was great. It was calm and close to the road side for easy access.

The location was cool. Not far from the city centre and you can even walk to places around the apartment. So it was a perfect location. It really worked fine for me.

Amazing for the price!

Spacious parking, easy check-in and clean appartment! All-in-all, even though the room wasn't huge, it has a lot of facilities! Clothing closer, clothing hangers, hairdryer, smart tv, electronic towel rack, kitchen, etc

We were in room 13. Overall it was great, but some small improvements could be made. The drawers in the bathroom can't be opened when the bathroom door is closed (we laughed about it, but it would be annoying on a longer stay). The right side of the bed could use an extra nightstand and power outlet.

Very good stay, recommended

The property was very clean and equipped with all essential amenities. Prompt assistance via phone: when the door lock unexpectedly stopped working due to an empty battery, they helped immediately—even after midnight—and offered a practical solution.

While the kitchen was very useful, it became somewhat inconvenient for a longer stay due to the lack of a ventilation fan. The shower tended to easily cause water to spread across the bathroom floor.

Very great stay and worth of money!

Very nice and new apartment. The check in is quick and neat. The facility is so great, I can cook and stay there comfortably! TV is great, bed is so comfy. Kitchenware is all nice. Close to shops and supermarket.

Location is a bit off, even though it’s close to the center, but very empty at night, many construction sites around. Sound proof is not good, I can hear the person in the next room snoring. But not a big deal for me. Also no luggage storage service.

Everything was perfect! The room itself, the amenities, the location, the parking lot.

Our windows faced the street and it was a bit noisy at night, also had to carry vashis from the parking lot to the hotel round.

It was a great place to stay but slightly expensive for a place without an elevator.

It was great place to stay. Everything was clean. There was free parking available. The location was in a calm place of the town. The staff responded well to every request that we made.

There were no elevators and our room was on 3rd top floor. This can be challenging for people who need an elevator and we did need it. I guess we were too busy to request a room on the ground floor or first floor but it seemed like they were already occupied.

Very modern facilities, well planned and built, especially shower cubicle and fixtures. Supportive mattress, good quality linen and towels. Easy walking distance to city centre.

Pillow was really soft and lumpy - style and quality does not match the rest of the facilities at all!

Having a small kid (1yo), the access at the ground floor was great with the stroller, the bathroom huge (~3m x 5m), very quiet and clean ! The small kitchen enough and great for our daughter.

The fact that during the night was cold, the heating system was functional just during the evening and in the morning….not during the night and the rest of the day….for those with kids might be important !

Modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wohl.

Selbst wenn man einen Parkplatz reserviert hat ist es Glücksache ob man auf dem engen Matschplatz hinter dem Haus noch einen Platz findet. Etwas mehr Stellplatz und Haken im Badezimmer wären hilfreich.

Tolles Apartment fußläufig zur Innenstadt in Bonn, es ist sehr modern ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind groß und hell. Ein Plus ist die wirklich große Terrasse. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert :)

Tür von Apartment #21 klemmt extrem. Duschtüren lassen sich sehr schwer dicht schließen Esstisch wackelt Stuhllehnen sind zum längeren Sitzen etwas unbequem Im Kühlschrank lagen noch 3 Tomaten vom Vorgänger, ansonsten sehr sauber Der Hinweis, wie man sich beim Kochen verhalten muss, um einen Feuerwehreinsatz (1500 eur)wegen ausgelöstem Brandmelder zu vermeiden, lag versteckt hinter der Mikrowelle.

Die Überschrift Privat Parking hat uns gelockt, wir haben das bei der Buchen auch angeklickt. Jedoch hätten wir dann später irgendwohin Kfz, Farbe und Kennzeichen melden sollen, da standen wir dann aber schon vor der verschlossenen Schranke! Nachts hat der Schlüssel Code an der Außen Tür nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten eine Notnummer wählen und wurden im Dunklen auf die Reise nach einem Notschlüssel geschickt. Die Zimmer sind so klein dass man sich zu zweit darin kaum bewegen kann

Gut gelegene Unterkunft

Es ist gut gelegen, wir haben vieles im Zentrum und in der Altstadt zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof, das fanden wir sehr praktisch.

Alles ist permanent mit Zahlencodes zugänglich… Ich bin davon nicht so begeistert, aber natürlich kann so der Schlüssel nicht verloren gehen. Ansonsten fanden wir alles gut!

Lage Super, als Familien Apartment für 1-2 Nächte schon.

Lage, Park Möglichkeit, Küche, Wi-Fi (Kinder wurden sehr zufrieden). Auch Betten sind gut.

Das Badezimmer war schmutzig, sogar auf dem Bett lagen fremde Haare. Zum glück nicht viele, aber trotz nicht angenehm. Ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Reinigung und es wären 11 von 10 Punkten.

Sehr zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, eher günstig, und sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal, als etwas verloren ging. Wasserkocher war klasse im Zimmer; Tee kochen ist immer ein Wohlfühlfaktor!

Sehr unkompliziert

Schönes Zimmer in recht guter Lage, man kommt zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Ein sehr schöner Biergarten ist direkt die Straße runter am Rheinufer gelegen. Toll fanden wir die Parkmöglichkeit mit automatischer Kennzeichen-Erkennung! Über einen Internetlink kann man im Vorfeld das KFZ anmelden. Hier findet man auch allerlei Hinweise und Tipps. Die Kommunikation mit home2share war immer schnell und unkompliziert.

Wir hatten abends einmal Feueralarm, zum Glück ein Fehlalarm, vermutlich weil jemand im Gebäude geraucht hat.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof, da war es ganz leise. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind wahrscheinlich lauter. Glück gehabt!

Gute Unterkunft mit kleineren Abstrichen

Moderne Einrichtung, Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Haus.

Als wir nachts in unser Zimmer wollten, hat der Code nicht mehr funktioniert. Telefonisch konnte uns dann aber schnell geholfen werden. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss zu einer Seitenstraße hin und die Passanten sind direkt am Fenster entlanggelaufen. Es gab jedoch Rollläden, so dass man trotzdem das Fenster öffnen konnte.

Groot raam die je als deur kan gebruiken of op kipstand kan zetten. Wanneer je het raam ‘‘s nachts op kiep wil zetten, kan je langs buiten wel het raam openen…
