Lovely host, spotless apartment, perfect location for our needs

Axel was very friendly and showed us around the property on our arrival. The apartment was lovely and spotless. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect to discover Cologne and Phantasialand, We got some pastry from the local bakery in the morning before we set off on our adventures to discover the Rhine valley, which was also close by from there.

A nice cozy place away from Koln

Everything with the property. All amenities were available and a private parking place for the car as well.

As many reviews, the property is a bit far from the Koln city. However, it’s accessible via train.

It was very comfy and big. The host was very supportive and ready to help when needed, he gave us loads of useful information. We had a proper rest after a few not so comfy places. 100% recommended

Perfect little gem. Located very close to the bus station, great for getting out and about. The apartment was very comfortable and have everything you need for a great stay. The host was fantastic, very polite and accommodating. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in and around Troisdorf.

We have very enjoyed our stay at Axel's place.

It was just per our expectations, communication with the host was excellent. The host also provided us kindly with an iron, which was not promised, and this was very kind of him. As well, Axel has provided an air fan which was great since there were rather hot days during our stay.

The pillows were a bit too soft, we prefer hard pillows. Also, an additional air fan for very hot days and nights would be very useful.

Our host has been very kind and helpful, despite we needed to change plans and arrived late. He explained thoroughly what we could find in the apartment and services nearby. The apartment was small but comfortable, perfectly in line with the description. My wife and I had a double bed in the sleeping room and our two children had one bed each in the living room, and there was still enough space to dine together at the table. The kitchen included everything needed for a short stay.

Superb

The apartment is really nice and cozy. Axel, the host, was very kind and always available. He provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby, although they were not listed in the facilities. This made our journey much more comfortable! The location is great, in a calm and safe area and we easily drove to the centre of Bonn. The price is reasonable taking into account that Bonn is very expensive. I would definitely recommend this flat and we'll surely come back.

Only the absence of water mixer taps in the bathroom, both in the sink and in the shower. They would help to save water and time.

Excellent communication before we arrived, and our host was very helpful and friendly, meeting us on arrival and making sure we were happy. Apartment facilities excellent. Lovely location. Lots of information in the apartment such as bus timetables, info on restaurants and shops and the area in general.

Generally all perfect, but, on reflection, could have done with a couple of extra pillows!!

- Muy limpio (muy importante cuando vas con niños) - Se podia hacer oscuridad pese a no tener persianas - Cocina completamente equipada (microondas, horno, fuegos, cafetera…) - Algunos productos de cortesia (sal, jabon..,) - Poder aparcar en la puerta por 4€ dia - Amabilidad y disponibilidad del anfitrión -Facilidad checking (vive al lado y lo hace facil)

No me importó porque son pocas escaleras pero hay un tramo hasta la vivienda (sobretodo para personas de movilidad reducida)

Wir würden sofort nochmal hier übernachten, sollten wir erneut in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen.

Sehr gute Lage, alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Herr Neuhaus ist super nett und hilfsbereit, fragt auch immer wieder nach, wenn man sich zufällig begegnet, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist genug Geschirr vorhanden, sowie eine auch sonst sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sind ursprünglich für die Gamescom angereist und hier hat uns vor allem überzeugt, dass Herr Neuhaus im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen nicht den dreifachen Preis verlangt zu dieser Zeit.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten im Appartement mehr als genug Platz. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen nett und hat das Appartement perfekt vorbereitet. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder!
