It was alright

1. Spacious. 2. Kitchen was good and all the appliances where there. 3. Good size beds, the room where good sizes also. 4. The sofa was on the smaller side only for 4 people. 5. Wifi was good but restricted, some apps in our phones did not work when we where using the wifi. 6. We manly picked this place because of the location to Phantasia land.

1. When you walk into the house you are greeted with a damp/moist/mouldy smell and even though we opened all the windows and went out for a whole day the smell still greeted us when we came back to the house. We have to admit that this smell coloured our stay at this house and we wouldn´t have stayed one day longer because of it. 2. The street that his house is located at is quite busy over the day. 3. The oven in the kitchen sucked big time. 4. We where asked if we would be so kind to take everything of the bed and pillows and the sheets......we did that, but after we did that we regret it big time. The pillows where not that nice to look at after the pillow covers where taken off.

Great location and size of the house and the rooms.

The bed was to small, solution would be to get rid of the wooden board at the end of the bed. We were there during high temperatures, maybe an idea to install air conditioning.

Value for money. You won't be dusappointed.

We selected this one for a visit to PhantasiaLand. Excellent location but also near a good bakkery (400 -500 mtrs) and good restaurant(s) within walking distance. Also Brühl center us worth a visit and just a few minutes drive away. Regarding the house.... lots of space, easy to find, easy parking, clean, and rather new renovated (as described in the advert).

Water in the shower did not drain quickly but we informed the owner and we're sure tbey will check on this small inconvenience.

Perfekte Lage für Phantasialand, sehr sauber, vor allem die Bäder.

Die Lage ist für einen Besuch im Phantasialand optimal, das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Im Dachzimmer hat sich die Hitze sehr gestaut, offene Fenster war aufgrund der Mücken keine gute Option.

Bei Ankunft alle Heizungen ausgeschaltet, Keine Fußmatte für nasse Schuhe, Mangelnde Ausstattung in der Küche (kein Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker/Öl/Weingläser), sehr hellhörig mit quietschenden Böden und Betten, Zwei elektrische Rollläden defekt, Abfluss im Bad verstopft, Duschehalterung Defekt, Möbel und Ausstattung eher von niedriger Qualität und mit wenig Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, Fernseher mit Wackelkontakt

Gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Alle Räume waren praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sauber und ordentlich. Perfekte Lage zum Phantasialand 5 min Autofahrt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Würden sofort wieder buchen.

Komen hier graag nog een keer terug

Accomodatie was prima! Netjes, bedden zijn stevig (niet doorgelegen) prima formaat voor 6 personen kwa slaapkamers. 2 badkamers inclusief wc's erg fijn als je met 6 personen bent. Zouden er graag nog een keer willen verblijven :-)

Inrichting is ietwat summier. Bijvoorbeeld de bank is niet gemaakt voor 6 personen. Eveneens de tafel. (Deze kan wel uitgeklapt worden en 2 stoelen aan laten schuiven). Maar goed, is maar een klein puntje. Verder hebben wij ons prima vermaakt omdat we toch op pad waren in duitsland. Let op met parkeren, aan de voorkant zou 1 auto kunnen staan maar is niet van het huis. (Andere parkeren hier ook. Op de foto's lijken er 2 te kunnen staan, echter is 1 plek met een kruis, niet zeker hoe snel ze daar een boete geven). Achterkant is 1 parkeerplek voor de woning.
