The property enjoys an excellent location near the river and the French Quarter. The interior design is attractive, with thoughtful greenery enhancing the atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and well‑appointed, and the pool area is a particularly pleasant feature.
Several team members would benefit from foundational customer‑service communication training. While not universal, a noticeable portion of the staff interacted in a manner that came across as blunt and at times bordering on discourteous. Strengthening consistency in tone and customer engagement would significantly enhance the overall experience.
