Location enough away from the all night revelry but close enough to walk to it. One block from a park to walk the dog.
Exorbitant pet fee and several homeless sleeping each night in alley and nearby park. A large group arrived at once and the flow was not handled correctly leading to very long wait lines for an elevator. This hotel hosts large parties often so I don’t understand the lack of preparation by the hotel staff

The room was clean when we checked in. The location was central to new orleans.
Check in was difficult; we arrived late due to car trouble (like, 1am) and the lobby was busy. The front desk person took a long time to check us in, and there was some type of system error that was declining all of our cards. All 5 of our cards were declined, which means it was a system error, since none of the attempted transactions were flagged as fraud or declined on our end. That was extremely frustrating considering the late hour and our eagerness to get up to our room.
