Disappointed

Personal was helpful and location was very nice. I appreciate that we could make early check-in by phone call. There was also possibility of later check-out.

The bed was horrible, I am surprised it didn't fall apart. There was no balcony even though it was specified in the description of the room. Included breakfast was in the pastry 100 meters from accommodation - it's not proper breakfast if you have to eat sweet stuff only. Donut and this kind of things is not enough for breakfast. I would like to have some bread, eggs etc...

excluding the location I was totally unhappy of this hotel. I won’t be staying there again.

good location.

bedbugs from the mattress have bitten the hell out of me. The cleaning lady just replaces the towels but doesn’t clean anything. the narrow entrance was occupied by bicycles several times which was dangerous as it is quite dark until you manage to click a light. breakfast at a nearby place is good but inconvenient. no much choice… just a croissant a coffee and an orange juice. the restaurant is expensive and the pasta (pacchierò) wasn’t cooked properly.

Great place in a great spot

Rooms are very private, few rooms per floor, an very clean. Many restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc., around the hotel, fantastic.

Address on the Booking app is incorrect. I had to walk for over 30 minutes looking for the place, from hotel to hotel.

Very close to the train station. 5 min wslk. Clean snd friendly stuff

Was very loud during the evening. It is at the piazza and there are many people hanging around in bars, so you need earplugs otherwise it's too loud for sleeping. The curtains are very light and transparent and the laterns of the piazza makes it so bright in the room, that you might feel it's midday at night.

Locanda in pieno centro storico, proprietari gentili, possibilità di parcheggiare in un posto auto coperto, stanza pulita e ben arredata, lo consigliamo.

Peccato che il ristorante fosse chiuso per ferie, avremmo cenato volentieri alla locanda.

Senza una reception, se ti serve qualcosa o devi fare il check-in devi aspettare che il ristorante mezzo sale apre…. Poi su Booking c’era scritto vista città, frigo bar e balcone e invece niente di tutto questo… se non avete questo tipo di stanza a disposizione non scrivetelo, ma almeno un frigo mettetelo almeno una può bere una birra fresca o un acqua fresca sopratutto quando fa caldo

Buonasera. Il mio soggiorno è stato di una sola notte. Posso dire che tutto è andata per il meglio, cena, pernottamento e prima colazione. Posizione ottima.

Ho dovuto parcheggiare a qualche centinaio di metri dalla locanda, vicino alla stazione, parcheggio a pagamento.

Locanda interessante e i titolari molto gentili

Posizione centralissima. Materassi rigidi come piacciono a me e molto piacevoli i cuscini. Il bagno era ben attrezzato anche se poco chiari gli interruttori a disposizione.

Nei corridoi la luce non sempre funzionante o almeno non riuscivamo ad illuminare. La doccia aveva incrostazioni di calcare. Il telecomando TV era rotto.
