The location of Lucio and Rossana’s B an B is excellent, just a short walk to and from the station. It is in a quiet street but only a 1 minute walk to the nearest restaurants etc. There is plenty to do in the near vicinity.
Lucio is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble. He is very kind and friendly and as two ladies we felt very very safe.
We had a twin room which was adequate for our stay. Bedding was clean and we had our towels changed every day. The bedroom and bathroom were also cleaned every day. Water is available in the room to drink from a bottle.
We had chosen to stay here because the breakfast had been rated as excellent by a lot of people. It was very nice with a choice of fresh cake, biscuits, yogurt, juice and coffee or tea as stated on the booking page. As we stayed there 5 nights we would have liked a different option, possibly something like bread so we could make toast or have some cereal available. But this is our personal preference and if you like a breakfast consisting of cake and pastries this is for you. I am sure if we had asked Lucio would have probably gone out of his way to provide bread.
We had wanted to hire a Bicycle which was stated as additional charge on the booking page and I was under the impression we would hire these from the B and B, but there wasn’t a bicycle to hire.
I would stay here again as Lucio was the kindest host and really looked after us.

A bicycle wasn’t available to hire as stated (at an additional charge) I think it is better make this clear on the booking page as you can hire an electric bike or Vespa nearby from a shop.

Siamo stati accolti benissimo..Il "padrone di casa",sig.Lucio, è una persona fantastica! È come essere in famiglia....Lucio ti "coccola" a partire da una colazione golosa e buonissima!!!
La stanza è spaziosissima e molto bene curata.Bagno privato pulitissimo e profumato....Ci ritorneremo ma soprattutto lo consiglieremo agli amici!!!
