Great value for money and a very kind host.

The location of Lucio and Rossana’s B an B is excellent, just a short walk to and from the station. It is in a quiet street but only a 1 minute walk to the nearest restaurants etc. There is plenty to do in the near vicinity. Lucio is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble. He is very kind and friendly and as two ladies we felt very very safe. We had a twin room which was adequate for our stay. Bedding was clean and we had our towels changed every day. The bedroom and bathroom were also cleaned every day. Water is available in the room to drink from a bottle. We had chosen to stay here because the breakfast had been rated as excellent by a lot of people. It was very nice with a choice of fresh cake, biscuits, yogurt, juice and coffee or tea as stated on the booking page. As we stayed there 5 nights we would have liked a different option, possibly something like bread so we could make toast or have some cereal available. But this is our personal preference and if you like a breakfast consisting of cake and pastries this is for you. I am sure if we had asked Lucio would have probably gone out of his way to provide bread. We had wanted to hire a Bicycle which was stated as additional charge on the booking page and I was under the impression we would hire these from the B and B, but there wasn’t a bicycle to hire. I would stay here again as Lucio was the kindest host and really looked after us. Thank you Lucio.

A bicycle wasn’t available to hire as stated (at an additional charge) I think it is better make this clear on the booking page as you can hire an electric bike or Vespa nearby from a shop.

wonderful B&B and wonderful host!!

I enjoyed here so much. The host was so nice and kind. I felt like be home even just stayed one night here! Also the local Italian style of breakfast was so good too. I highly recommend here :)) I will visit here again when I come back next time :)

+ Location excelent. + Shared bath, but 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms. + Awesome owner. + You can find everything what you need for being there or even living for a month or more + The view from one of the rooms to the castle and hills

Siamo stati accolti benissimo..Il "padrone di casa",sig.Lucio, è una persona fantastica! È come essere in famiglia....Lucio ti "coccola" a partire da una colazione golosa e buonissima!!! La stanza è spaziosissima e molto bene curata.Bagno privato pulitissimo e profumato....Ci ritorneremo ma soprattutto lo consiglieremo agli amici!!!

Есть все необходимое, даже самые мелочи (ушные палочки, ватные диски, гигиенические принадлежности для женщин…). Чистая сантехника. Завтрак. Заботливо охлажденная бутылка с водой, мы были в очень жаркий день. Комната с кондиционером. Приветливый хозяин!

Грязный пол в спальне. Вид. Не открываются жалюзи на окне.
