A perfect place for relaxation in a charming town

Everything was just perfect! A place where you really relax. Quietness, clean air, spotless cleanliness everywhere... And, what is the most important, the warm-hearted, responsive hosts, always ready to help. I would definitely return here with a great pleasure! By the way, the hostel is not in the very center of the town, but in less than 15 minutes walk you are at the railway station or in the charming old town, and the routes are safe and clean.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped – everything we needed was there, including a washing machine, fridge, and fully stocked kitchen. Parking directly in front of the house. Overall, a calm and comfortable stay.

Eccezionale comunicazione con l'Host. Ha spiegato tutto con molta precisione nonostante un arrivo last Second serale. Camera Essenziale ma con tutto l'occorrente per dormire bene. Letto e materasso molto comodi. A disposizione Asciugamani personali ed armadietto spazioso con chiave. Facilità di trovare l'alloggio e comodo Check-in. Bagno molto pulito, doccia comoda ed a disposizione anche una lavatrice. Una cucina in comune con frigorifero.

Il proprietario che nel portare le chiavi di casa si è scusato di come è andato l'approccio. Ciò è stato un fattore positivo

Tutto – dalle stanze di appena 13 mq all’unico bagno da condividere con otto persone sconosciute – appare eccessivo. È vero che si parla di “bagno in comune”, ma nei fatti la situazione ricorda più una caserma che una struttura ricettiva. Al mattino si formano inevitabilmente file e risulta difficile anche areare adeguatamente gli ambienti. Inoltre, nella pagina di Booking e sul sito ufficiale viene mostrata come immagine principale una camera più ampia, quella da 23 mq con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello. Solo osservando con attenzione, in piccolo e in basso, si nota la foto della stanza più piccola, quasi nascosta, come a voler dire “noi lo abbiamo indicato”, ma senza rendere la differenza chiaramente percepibile. Ritengo che questo modo di presentare le camere non sia né corretto né trasparente. A ciò si aggiunge un ulteriore episodio: per oltre tre ore il telefono della struttura risultava irraggiungibile, e solo dopo aver minacciato una segnalazione ai Carabinieri, lasciando un messaggio in segreteria, la linea è stata riattivata. cI SI LAMENTAVA DEL FATTO che non era la stanza che avevamo richiesto e pagato (VEDASI FOTO NEL POTALE) ed il fatto di non avere una chiave per la chiusura totale dell'abitazione (POI PORTATA DAL PROPRIETARIO) riferendosi che ciò non importava essendo presentii degli armadietti all'interno della stanza. GESTIONE PESSIMA Purtroppo, vano è stato anche il tentativo di trovare una soluzione alternativa.

Relax in quel di Conegliano

Appartamentino è davvero carino ed è così come lo vedete in foto. È stata una bellissima esperienza e devo ringraziare la signora Fabiola per la disponibilità e non solo. Possiamo dire che la stanza ha tutto dai piumoni alle prese messe in posti strategici aggiungete che la cucina ed il balconcino è un plus per rilassarsi e prendere un buon caffè.

Le uniche due pecche che più che altro sono dei consigli è di aggiungere uno specchio intero nella stanza poichè ve n'è solo uno in bagno ed è piccolo e se vi è disponibilità di spazio aggiungere un altro bagno che può dare ancora più valore al b&b.
