At breakfast they serve nescafe only :-( You can not buy real coffee cause the bar is not open. No vegetable was available at Breakfast. Before 15th of October heating is not mandatory in Veneto county. The room temperature was 19C degrees and heating was not available yet.

Excellent value for money. Rooms are simple but with comfortable beds, good service and very clean.

I see the hotel gets a mixed bag of reviews. My experience was very positive. The hotel is still under renovation, so some details still need to be fixed, but very marginal.

Miserable stay as I did not like the hotel

The hotel is 4 star but looks like 2… the rooms are pretty old and also after 11pm the heather seems to turn off and the room gets colder… there was no wardrobe in the room and not a place I will return..

Great staff & excellent location.

Staff at the hotel was TOP NOTCH! They were beyond helpful with recommendations, travel assistance & holding bags. The taxis were not running, so they even helped me get to the train station with my bags. The shower was superb. Water pressure was phenomenal!Incredible experience!

The tv was of our order, the room was freezing and we couldn’t control the air conditioning. The fridge in the room was completely empty and we had to pay for anything, even for a bottle of water. It definitely didn’t resemble a 4-star hotel.

It was great, rooms clean, the hotel is in a very good area, very peaceful and quiet and the staff very profesional, kind and helpful, would recomend for sure to friends

Delusione e tanta incuria

La posizione abbastanza centrale

Bagno cieco senza aspirazione,mancanza di un armadio,mancanza addirittura dei comodini o di una mensola accanto al letto,in bagno nella doccia colore bianco secco di tinteggiatura da chissà quanto segno di non pulizia,supporto doccino traballante,una parte di copritubo staccata,macchie di muffa e umidità all' interno ed esterno in basso...rivoltante. Nessuna base dove appoggiare vestiti o appendini soprattutto vicino alla doccia,wc Senza sigillo in carta al nostro arrivo e copri wc con un gancio rotto "pericolante". Personale di sala scortese...la ragazza ad una mia domanda ha fatto battute per sfottermi e questo non è accettabile. Ascensore osceno piccolissimo,instabile e rumoroso vecchio di almeno 30 anni. Frigobar con bottigliette di acqua in plastica che non si può vedere ormai. Nessun altro contenuto all' interno quando nel sito si parlava di bevande a disposizione a pagamento. Siamo stati costretti a pagare 8€ di colazione a parte a testa quando nel sito si parlava di colazione inclusa. Insonorizzazione inesistente con persone che sbattevano porte e facevano rumore alle 3 di mattina. Standard assolutamente ridicolo e pessimo che non rispecchia per nulla le 4 stelle che si vedono all' esterno. Molto molto delusi,mai più ci torneremo,una fregatura. La nostra stanza era la 220,tutto è verificabile.Le lettere sulle porte mezze mancanti,staccate,rattoppate alla bene meglio,zero cura assoluta.A colazione prodotti scadenti e tutti confezionati,assistenza e servizi inesistenti.Uova sode passate di cottura con il tuorlo verde e neanche una goccia di olio per condirle. Prosciutto scadente ...da toast con un odore ormai praticamente andato a male,non ho mangiato praticamente nulla.The scelta nulla...o the nero o nulla altro.In un 4 stelle mi aspetto pinze per il cibo, qualità,un minimo di scelta e torte o prodotti freschi. Davvero soldi rubati,vergognoso.

La presenza di zanzare in stanza, almeno 3 poi la finestra non si chiudeva bene.

Non si può chiudere la porta e il personale ha aperto due volte senza bussare , il letto matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati in bagno la doccia partiva da sola in piena notte e alla mattina di domenica rumori porte sbattute e chiacchiericcio

Un Hotel veramente difficile da raggiungere a causa della toponomastica cittadina

La cortesia e la disponibilita' del personale e la qualita' della colazione

La stanza NON aveva armadio ma una nicchia muraria dotata di un bastone ed alcune grucce. Nel bagno il box doccia aveva una delle due porte non fissata, mi si e' risposto che avrei potuto/dovuto chiamare la reception, ma, alle sette del mattino e pronto per fare la doccia, non e' stata la prima cosa che mi e' venuta in mente. Mi sembra che una classificazione da quattro stelle sia davvero impropria.
