Good location, decent value, Conegliano is a lovely town

I loved the location! Very close to the square and all the activity.

We reserved the master suite solely for the bathtub and unfortunately it leaked all over the bathroom floor our first night. We let management know and discussed with them a couple of times but the tub never got fixed and I’ve tried to touch base with management about the issue since it didn’t get fixed while we were there and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Great location for a sleep and go kind of stay!

This hotel is very centrally located, within walking distance to the train station. It is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The bar and lounge area are very basic and not very appealing to relax in. The back garden, being right next to the car park is also quite uncomfortable with hard chairs and no cushions. There are no decent relaxing areas in this hotel.

Modern and elegant. wonderful location in the heart of the old city. beautifully appointed rooms and super friendly staff.

One very small thing / the pillows were too hard for me. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were harder than I like.

the hotel is very well located in the city center, very convenient for visiting around the main town. Sadly I was there during winter time and didn't enjoy the town itself, but in sumer is perfect for sure. the hotel looks beautiful and the parking was convenient.

Good for leisure and business

A nice hotel in the old street of Conegliano. Plenty of bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Being a part of Best Western is to ensure the better quality in a chain hotel system. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking fee of a day is very reasonable.

The hotel is not spacious and neither is its lift. I carried two pieces of luggage and barely got myself stuck in the lift. The wifi is not stable. The auto sensing door lock is a bit difficult to use if no one introduces upon check-in. No complimentary bottle water is provided and the front desk told me I can drink water from the tap...I doubt.
