rating is clearly overstated

Even considering the very basic nature of the property, the overall experience does not justify such a high score. During my stay we experienced a clear heating system issue affecting the entire floor, not just my room. The staff showed no real interest in investigating and referred me to Booking. On their part, Booking offered a only a symbolic refund. This high rating is misleading and does not reflect the actual value of the property.

OK for an overnight stay

Staff was friendly, breakfast was above average, the room was clean.

The hotel was very cold, the room was basic, beds weren't comfortable and it was missing basics like shower gel and shampoo. The hotel was quite far away from everything, luckily there was a nice restaurant about 500m away.

Would strongly recommend and stay again

Staff was excellent specially Daniela was nice and very helpful despite our late night check in. She guided us very well. Called the pizzeria to make sure we get food. Arranged milk for the little ones. Very help and kind person.

Comfortable

Clean Comfortable The location near many shopping centers and center about 8-10 min walking. Single Beds are very large and very comfortable.

No public transport nearby you must use a taxi for your movements. There's a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Kind staff, old facilities that need renewal - a bit overpriced

The hotel was OK. We even arrived after the allowed hours because we did not know, and they still allowed us to check-in. The staff was kind, there was a coffee machine, a good parking space, and lots of Prosecco bottles for sale (because you know, Conegliano is all about Prosecco).

Given the price of the room, the hotel requires a bit of maintenance. The bathroom was a little old, so flushing was not at its best and the lock of the bathroom door got stuck so it could take you a while to get out of the bathroom. The shower was OK. They offer breakfast for 8 EUR, but breakfast options are really not good, so you may want to have breakfast elsewhere. So, we did not have a bad time but I personally would try other options to this one.

We appreciated very much the staff (they were kind to fulfill every request of ours). The room was very clean, breakfast - very nice for 6 euros/pers.

The shower was a bit small, even for a single petite person. Also the hotel is far from the center, but you can find places to eat or drink nearby.

There are only 3 taxis for the whole city. We were 14 people so not so easy to travel by taxi from the hotel to the restaurant or the station.

Location of the hotel is next to a main road and loud in the early hours of the morning when trucks pass. Thin sheets on the single bed and cold.

The AC in my room was broken. They sent a man up to check it out. He said the AC functions, though weak compared to what Americans are used to. But the room continued to be suffocating. I asked for fan. They had none. But there was a happy ending. They switched me to another room. It was an upgrade from a single to a double, with large doors that opened to a balcony. I left them open all night, and had a good night's sleep after all. I really appreciated their switching my room.

Position is strategic for city center and work movements (highway near). Room are confortable and quite wide. Cleaness is good.

Pity the restaurant closed in COVID pandemic. That was a resource for tired hosts now ogliged to get out for dinner.
