Adequate hotel with friendly staff.

Helpful pleasant staff. Good bathroom facilities and water pressure. Daily fresh towels.

There should be screens on the windows because there are mosquitoes that came in. Bathroom floor cleaning product makes shoes stick. Fairly drab. We were the only guests, but probably in the summer there are more as the pool is big.

Comfortable stay, wonderful pool!

My favourite thing was the pool! It was so lovely to have as it was very hot when we were there. Large garden with lots of seating and sunbeds. Room was comfortable with a little balcony overlooking the garden.

Breakfast could have been a bit more exciting… maybe some fresh fruit would have been nice. Hotel a little bit of a walk away from the centre of town for eating out in the evening.

It was just amazing. The owner is so helpful. Train station walking distance so you can go to Venice easily. Only one thing little bit need a help. Breakfast is Italian in italy so it is ok...😉 But some people need meat , eegs..after a hard prosecco tasting night.. So anyways THANK YOU THE HOSPITALITY!!!

Very cute hotel with many facilities

The breakfast was simple but nice and copious. The location is gorgeous, slightly isolated but still within walking distance from the city centre. Otherwise the facilities were as advertised.

Be sure to check-in during the opening hours, as there is normally no staff at the reception during the night. Most of the staff did not speak anything but Italian.

a bit tired, dreary, tennis courts hadn’t been cut in months, pool hadn’t been cleaned in the same timeframe, nothing sporty about it. the whole place was heaving with mosquitos, they even left a mozzie repellant burner thing in the room so they know the problem.

Relaxing visit to Congeliano

Had a lovely short getaway here. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view over Conegliano. I was able to use the swimming pool to relax after a day if exploring. Very easy to get into Venice via train as the station was about a 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was tasty and as I had to leave very early on my last day I was pleased to be able to takeaway some breakfast goodies to have on my journey.

Lots of greenfly in the room. Mattress was very hard. No signal on the TV (although I didn't need to watch anything)

Relaxing, quiet and budget

80s looking super big and comfy hotel, in a beautiful neighborhood only 5-8 mins walk to the center. Pool was great and clean. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Room was very quiet and had a nice balcony with a view into the garden, good shower.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by amazing scenery with exceptional service.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The ladies taking care of us were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was excellent, simple yet elegant with outstanding service.

I think it was time for the heat to be turned off due to season change and our last night was a little chilly.

Good location, quiet but in walking distance from Conegliano centre. OK Breakfast. Nice bathroom and large pool (please mind that the pool is quite deep and not well suited for small kids). Easy parking.

The stay was excellent. The hotel is beautifully set, peacefull with a very decent sized pool.

pool location and friendliness of staff. The girl on reception brought me a slice of her birthday cake which is a nice touch you wouldnt normally get. The pool is very well sized and nice garden to relax in. This place exceeded my expectations so in total giving it 10!

In camera faceva un freddo esagerato. Mi è stato detto che il riscaldamento veniva acceso nel tardo pomeriggio (io sono arrivato alle 15:30 circa). E se non facevo presente del freddo, non avrebbero acceso probabilmente.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, der historische Ortskern ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen, Der Garten ist schön angelegt, der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe, das Bad ist neu und sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, täglich wurde das Bettzeug komplett gewechselt.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, was in Italien aber normal ist.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel qui permet d'aller rapidement à pied dans le centre. Le calme de l'hôtel, le parking aisé et ses espaces verts. Le petit déjeuner copieux.

Hotel immerso in mezzo al verde. Ottima posizione vicino al centro di Conegliano. Camera grande, pulita e silenziosa. Bagno nuovo. C'è pure la piscina anche se non abbiamo usufruito. Posti auto a disposizione all interno della struttura. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Ottimo qualitá prezzo

Großer Schwimmingpool. Sehr ruhig am Rande der Stadt am Hügel. Hinter dem Hotel beginnen die Weinreben.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Außenpool. Hygienische Artikel im Bad.

Zeitreise zurück in die 70er Jahre. Nicht auf Fahrradfahrer eingestellt, keine richtige Abstellmöglichkeit. Frühstück besteht aus Croissant, Babybel Käse, Butter, Nutella, Marmelade und 4 kleinste Minibrötchen. Komischer Geruch im ganzen Haus.
