The room was comfortable. The view and the pool also provided the additional relaxation element we were looking for. The staff was great at giving us the perfect itinerary to explore the Wine Road

I stayed second time in this hotel. Perfect place. with excellent restaurant. They have a nice garden with swimmingpool and bar. Breakfast can be taken on the terras in summer. SPectacular overview over the valley.

Nothing, apart from asking €5 for a pool towel. Should be included.

The breakfast was typical, but good! The pool area was spacious and clean. The room was big, clean, and had plenty of storage. The hotel overall was great! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated that the front desk was able to call and make a reservation at a restaurant for us.

The hotel itself and the food provided was nice. But the negative experience outweighed the positives!

What can I say! Unfortunately I have to share my honest experience as the hotel management have refused to deal with the situation properly and instead have threatened to sue should we write our review (I checked with Booking.com and I can write this review). Not great customer service for a distressing situation! I always believe in giving a place a chance to fix things before judging and telling everyone. But the chance was sadly not taken by them! My friend and I (both young women in our late 20's) were getting changed and I was turned away from my friend facing the window/balcony, naked with only a thong on (the hotel is very rural with no chance of people seeing me). My friend then spotted via looking at the reflection on the TV screen the pool/maintenance guy leaning over the balcony next to us and staring at me naked. This was only about 3 metres in distance from me! As you can imagine this was shocking, distressing and made us both feel unsafe.  What was even more surprising was how the hotel has handled or better yet NOT HANDLED this voyeurism. Voyeurism is a crime! After two emails to them that felt were ignored they responded promptly once I contacted Booking.com. Their reasoning was laughable and their investigation was not thorough. So if you want to book a hotel where you, your travel companions and family feel safe, I would not recommend here! The hotel clearly doesn't care that this man works around the pool and that he has total access to the bedrooms incase he needs to "change a lightbulb". Luckily my friend just so happened to witness the pool man staring at me naked, but what about the people that haven't noticed?

The restaurant and spa were closed and were not reported on the website and Booking. The room on 0 floor was ok but the window could not be opened since it was full of mosquitoes and the view was completely covered by plants and small trees....I felt I was in prison!

This is truly a 4 star hotel,that could even be 5 stars! We heard there was a Micheline cuisine there but unfortunately did not have time to try it. The reviews looked amazing though. Our stay was very comfortable,easy and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool,it was a bit too chilly to swim,but we had a relaxing time near the pool while reading books and enjoying cocktails. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and gave us numerous tips on how best to get to Venice and where to park for free. Also at 5 in the morning very pleasant guy made us coffee and tea so we could get fueled up on our way. The room was very spacious,with a balcony and view on the pool and mountains and we had a blast staying there for 3 nights. Highly recommended place! Breakfast was also very tasty!

The shower was leaking a bit on the floor, but that's not a big deal ☺️

Beautiful surroundings, decent hotel with big pool. Beautiful view from the pool area as well from the some of the balconies. Very nice staff. Great restaurant with great food, wines and service.

-Lovely swimming pool and beautiful surroundings in the hills of Conegliano. Everything was clean and fresh and well maintained. :)

Hotel restaurant was closed on the day we were there and we only had one towel inside the room but we received more when we asked from the reception.

Breakfast was OK. Pretty minimal, but it was OK. My room was very spacious and the room was very clean and the air-conditioning worked very well.

There were many wasps around the pool edge. Like 40 wasps, which was a bit scary. They hovered right on the edge of the pool the entire day. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great location. Amazing restaurant for dinners. They have great approach to pets - our dog got two bowls and a pillow.

The hotel needs a complete renovation, it was clean but the design was like from the 90s. Breakfasts could have been better. The swimming pool should be accessible only for hotel guests - it was very crowded during the day.

Great hotel with all facilieties in very good shape. Well sized rooms, great breakfast.
