We would definately come back it was lovely and a very good experience.

Everything was exceptional, the staff, the facility, the breakfast, the cleanliness, comfort, and location.

The location being only 7 min to train was unusually difficult to get a ride arranged in a taxi or uber. Hotel should staff a full time driver to accommodate guests.

The staff were very helpful, although unfortunately limited by the hotel’s policies. Nevertheless, they provided us with excellent recommendations for excursions in the area.

There were no wine glasses in the room – quite surprising, especially in one of Italy’s most renowned wine regions. On top of that, we had to pay extra just to borrow a couple of glasses from the reception, which felt completely unnecessary. An additional fee was also charged for having drinks served by the pool. These practices leave a poor impression of the service, particularly considering the substantial amount one pays to stay here.

Never again and not recommending

Not worth the money. The photos is nothing like in real world. We got an old small bathroom with hardly water pressure where the photos showed a new walk-in shower. Room was simple, like most Italian hotels but priced almost double. Bed was not good. Restaurant staff was uninterested and food was below average

Fine - but the lack of swimming opportunities was frustrating!

It was very pleasant, clean and well-presented.

The swimming pool couldn’t be used until 11am so I could never use it as we had plans to go out each day. I booked the hotel because it had a pool so I was very disappointed.

Nice place and property.. but you don't feel welcome

The location, view, and the whole property is good value for money in this area. The pool is spacious, the view from the garden is very nice.

This was our second stay at the property, and once again, we were given a smaller room than what was shown and described on Booking.com. When we raised the issue with one of the managers, her response was unpleasant and dismissive—she even suggested that we could leave if we didn’t like it. That kind of attitude was very disappointing.

Great location with a perfect view to the city in the valley and beautiful mountains. Modern, clean, well equipped and well insulated rooms. Nice breakfast, convenient parking, decent restaurant.

Wifi covered my room poorly, not possible to use. At the time gym was not operative.

Relax by the pool or explore the Wine Road

The room was comfortable. The view and the pool also provided the additional relaxation element we were looking for. The staff was great at giving us the perfect itinerary to explore the Wine Road

Nice boutique hotel

I stayed second time in this hotel. Perfect place. with excellent restaurant. They have a nice garden with swimmingpool and bar. Breakfast can be taken on the terras in summer. SPectacular overview over the valley.

Nothing, apart from asking €5 for a pool towel. Should be included.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

The breakfast was typical, but good! The pool area was spacious and clean. The room was big, clean, and had plenty of storage. The hotel overall was great! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated that the front desk was able to call and make a reservation at a restaurant for us.

A shocking experience handled very poorly

The hotel itself and the food provided was nice. But the negative experience outweighed the positives!

What can I say! Unfortunately I have to share my honest experience as the hotel management have refused to deal with the situation properly and instead have threatened to sue should we write our review (I checked with Booking.com and I can write this review). Not great customer service for a distressing situation! I always believe in giving a place a chance to fix things before judging and telling everyone. But the chance was sadly not taken by them! My friend and I (both young women in our late 20's) were getting changed and I was turned away from my friend facing the window/balcony, naked with only a thong on (the hotel is very rural with no chance of people seeing me). My friend then spotted via looking at the reflection on the TV screen the pool/maintenance guy leaning over the balcony next to us and staring at me naked. This was only about 3 metres in distance from me! As you can imagine this was shocking, distressing and made us both feel unsafe. What was even more surprising was how the hotel has handled or better yet NOT HANDLED this voyeurism. Voyeurism is a crime! After two emails to them that felt were ignored they responded promptly once I contacted Booking.com. Their reasoning was laughable and their investigation was not thorough. So if you want to book a hotel where you, your travel companions and family feel safe, I would not recommend here! The hotel clearly doesn't care that this man works around the pool and that he has total access to the bedrooms incase he needs to "change a lightbulb". Luckily my friend just so happened to witness the pool man staring at me naked, but what about the people that haven't noticed?

The restaurant and spa were closed and were not reported on the website and Booking. The room on 0 floor was ok but the window could not be opened since it was full of mosquitoes and the view was completely covered by plants and small trees....I felt I was in prison!

Amazing stay

This is truly a 4 star hotel,that could even be 5 stars! We heard there was a Micheline cuisine there but unfortunately did not have time to try it. The reviews looked amazing though. Our stay was very comfortable,easy and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool,it was a bit too chilly to swim,but we had a relaxing time near the pool while reading books and enjoying cocktails. The staff at the front desk is super helpful and gave us numerous tips on how best to get to Venice and where to park for free. Also at 5 in the morning very pleasant guy made us coffee and tea so we could get fueled up on our way. The room was very spacious,with a balcony and view on the pool and mountains and we had a blast staying there for 3 nights. Highly recommended place! Breakfast was also very tasty!

The shower was leaking a bit on the floor, but that's not a big deal ☺️

Hotel restaurant was closed on the day we were there and we only had one towel inside the room but we received more when we asked from the reception.

Good quality for the money, but could use some improvements.

Breakfast was OK. Pretty minimal, but it was OK. My room was very spacious and the room was very clean and the air-conditioning worked very well.

There were many wasps around the pool edge. Like 40 wasps, which was a bit scary. They hovered right on the edge of the pool the entire day. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Pleasant

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great location. Amazing restaurant for dinners. They have great approach to pets - our dog got two bowls and a pillow.

The hotel needs a complete renovation, it was clean but the design was like from the 90s. Breakfasts could have been better. The swimming pool should be accessible only for hotel guests - it was very crowded during the day.
