Waves at Your Feet. Corfu in View.

This property is outside the city, with a view of Corfu so close, you think you’re in Greece! The hotel is right above the sea and the vista is utterly gorgeous! We were greeted with lovely hospitality when we arrived, tired, after a long day of hiking to and from Aquarium Beach and then driving to Sarandë. We enjoyed the nice shower and the comforts of our room, including a view to the sea. We also made use of the drying rack on the patio to dry our beach stuff. We were happy that there was a restaurant in the hotel, even happier to sit outside, watch the sun set, enjoy the delicious food and perfect temperature. We had a terrific meal and time to relax as a family. After a very comfortable sleep (you can control the room temp), we again descended the steps to dine by the sea for breakfast. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and we felt wholly satisfied and in awe of the beauty!

There was nothing to not like! Gorgeous place and kind, attentive, talented hosts! Driving through Sarandë we did not enjoy. It was momentarily difficult to identify which building was our hotel once we’d gotten there, but we pretty quickly determined it and were fine. A bigger sign could help, but that’s not a big deal at all.

Quiet hotell with gorgeous, small beach.

Great location outside of city centre, but walking distance. Feels calm and secluded with gorgeous view. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Varied breakfasts and good all day restaurant. Spacious room, comfy beds and good shower.

Very nice property right next to the beach

The location is right by the sea with a very beautiful view. The hosts are kind and helpful. The restaurant serves very tasty homemade food, and the prices are more than reasonable. Since they have their own restaurant and a private beach, there’s no need to go anywhere else — you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday.

The bed in our room (Room number 3) was short and not suitable for tall people. If you’re taller than 1.90 meters, you won’t sleep comfortably because the bed is exactly that length — my feet were sticking out.

Perfect for a more quiet and relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze! We really enjoyed that it was a bit out of town so nice and quiet. The small private beach and sunlounges were perfect! Daily breakfast was so fantastic and the staff so kind and friendly. The perfect spot if you are looking to relax and swim in the sea. And a doable 30-minute walk to Sarande. We really enjoyed our stay here, were well taken care of by staff and would highly recommend and stay again!

Dinner at the hotel was served from 8-10 pm, so a little bit late for us. But the food was lovely.

Clean and comfortable room with seaview. Access to a small private beach. Flowers around the premises. This hotel felt like a family boutique establishment, providing a thorough foundation for a relaxing vacation, complimented by a positive attitude of the owners.

Nice apartment with peaceful neighborhood.

It's a nice apartment with a beach area and a beach bar. The room was nice, big enough and clean, and we had a great view of Korfu from the balcony. The neighborhood was peaceful, cc 20-30 min walk from the center of Sarande. We got plentiful and slightly different homemade breakfast everyday. Although, you cannot choose what you would like to eat.

We could pay the fee only in cash and it was not communicated in advance. Staff was helpful, although sometimes we felt that we were bothering them with our requests. The fridge could be a bit bigger.

Great stay with unbeatable views!

It was spotless clean and the owner was very lovely. The room had a wonderful view on Corfu and the room was very comfortable in general and had everything you needed. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the hassle of the busy streets in Sarandë and Ksamil

Everything was great but it has to be mentioned that you will either have to drive or walk in the dark in the evening, if you plan on eating out or having drinks. Walking the way is not great, but for us it was fine and we enjoyed being a bit outside of Sarandë. (Of course you can also ask for a cab)

Nice family run villa :)

The room had a beautiful seaview, the private beach was very quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the local food made by Ola and her mother. Ola was a very polite and nice hostess. We would recommend it. The city center of Sarandë is 30 minutes by foot, unfortunately no public transport to the villa.

Perfect: Amazing room and view with private beach and bar and very friendly hosts

The room and the view was stunning- a light room with the view on the sea and Korfu. Everything was perfect and you are always close to the sea: Because of the bar and the private beach you did not need to leave this place. We had the best dinner on our trip and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely dreamy! Wonderful place.

Absolutely wonderful place. A true gem ran by a wonderful family that takes care of every single detail. The room was new, spacious, comfortable - as well as the bathroom and the shower. The views from the room are breathtaking and the cordiality of the hosts is something that doesn't go unnoticed. The easy access to the beach was a great surprise. As if that wasn't enough, the breakfast included is fresh and authentic - delicious. One of those places you are sad to leave.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. The place is beautiful, host is very nice and helpful. I could find few things to improve, but overall the stay was so cozy and relaxing it exceeded my expectation. I felt like on a 5star vacation thanks to the calmness of the place, great service and home cooked delicatessen prepared by the host. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas is a great way to escape from your daily routines.

beds were little bit on the harder side and pillows too high, so we did not used them while sleeping. However, the overall experience was great.

We loved it, great view, warm welcome and a very clean room. For us it was great that it's a bit away from the town of Saranda. It was quiet and you could enjoy the view and the sea. Other than that we loved the breakfast which was made for us and brought to our table.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room with amazing view, just a couple of meters from private beach. Apartment is situated outside of the town, in a very calm and beautiful bay. Breakefast was homemade, big and so delicious (I will never forget the tasty Petulas we had there). Great host and family. We really had a beautiful stay and hope to come back soon :)

The accommodation is just wonderful, and only a 25-min walk to the city center. You have an amazing sea view + view of Corfu from your room/balcony. The room is spacious, well decorated, and with a great bathroom. Last, the host is super friendly and cooks breakfast on a daily basis, and makes sure that there always is something different. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay at Sea Breeze Villa. Everything was good. The owners are very friendly. Breakfast was good and diverse. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's a 30 minutes walk to the city centre, otherwise you could go by car.

Breakfast was perfect every single day. The host went out of her way and always cooked us a fresh and tasty breakfast any time we requested between 8 and 10 am. We will definitely return next time we are in Sarande. It is a little bit far from town but we had a rental car so no issue. Beautiful. Little undiscovered paradise in Europe ;) forget Greece and all those well known places like Spain etc, Albania is the future. ;)

Der Aussenbereich am Meer war toll. Dort konnte man sehr schön frühstücken und am Meer liegen. Kleine Einheit (Familienbetrieb). Essen sehr lecker. Mama kocht. Jeden Tag ein anderes leckeres serviertes Frühstück.

Ein kleines familiär geführtes Hotel, alles sauber, hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, wirklich schön, im Sommer sicher sehr heiß Zwei Reihen Betten u Schirme direkt an Strand vorm Haus, Meerzugang ohne Badeschuhe möglich.Frühstück wird jeden Tag serviert und ist abwechslungsreich. Es ist auch möglich zu Essen, die "Mama" kocht selbst und sehr gut. Zu Fuß 40 min Gehzeit zur Promenade von Saranda, Taxi bzw Auto von Vorteil. Parkplätze in der Stadt sind kaum vorhanden.

Wasserkocher war im Zimmer, aber keine Gläser, Tassen oder Tee bzw Kaffeezubehör. Ev. eine zusätzliche Decke oder Sitzauflagen für die Balkonsessel wären fein

Ein Ort für eine entspannte Auszeit

Tolles kleines Hotel am Ende einer Bucht. Weit genug weg vom trubeligen Saranda. Schöne, neue moderne Zimmer. Direkter Zugang ins Meer. Eigene Liegestühle am Steinstrand, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Meerblick fanden wir gut. Parkplätze am Hotel. Strandhandtücher gratis, sowie die Liegen. Ein Auto ist schon sinnvoll, man kann aber wohl auch nach Saranda laufen. Betreiber immer ansprechbar vor Ort. Eine unserer schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Albanien Reise.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern in Top-Lage direkt am Meer mit Privatstrand. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Das Frühstück ist zwar abwechslungsreich, könnte aber - wie die Küche an sich - qualitativ noch einiges zulegen. Teilweise roch es unangenehm nach Abwasser.

Piacevole e rilassante

La cordialità e la disponibilità del proprietario Igli ha fatto la differenza: disponibile ad aspettare fino a tarda notte per il check in, disponibile a cambiare e cucinare al momento una colazione diversa dagli altri a causa delle allergie della mia ragazza. Stanza della giusta grandezza e comodità a pochi gradini dal ristorante e da una splendida spiaggia. Pulizia della stanza ogni due giorni. La struttura è ottima per rapporto qualità prezzo.

I dintorni e Saranda classica cittadina piena di palazzi e sporcizia.
