My stay at this hotel apartment was amazing. The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The interior is modern and stylish, which made the atmosphere feel extra special and welcoming. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the comfort and look of the apartment. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it

The only thing I didn’t like was the door key setup — it’s quite bulky with two access cards plus the room key, which makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around while moving through the different areas

Brilliant location! The views are 10/10

Fabulous location right above the Spar grocery store and near African Beach Club. A short walk to almost anywhere in Sarandë. Delicious pizza right at your doorstep! And the views across the harbour are exceptional!

The apartment was described as two bedroom but the second room was more of a storage room no privacy for guests staying in there, no curtains. The bathroom door didn’t latch or lock. Freezer drawers frozen shut. No tea towel to dry dishes. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet with a large basin cabinet that is too large for the space so you can’t sit on the loo comfortably. And there is minimal room for storing personal items in the bathroom.It seems like multiple properties are advertised under one so be sure to ask/confirm which apartment you’re hiring/renting.

On the picture was a swimming pool, howeever this is from the neighbour. From hotel Aloha you can rent a bed € 5,50 p/day at the beach, which is a lovely place

Location great, nice view. Comfortable bed. Good blackout blinds

This is not a real 2 bedroom, would not advise more than 2 people to stay. No storage in main bedroom, you use the second 'room' as storage. Couldn't keep closed / lock bathroom door. Second toilet is so badly designed you physically can't sit down due to sink location. Dishwasher not working. One side oven rack broken. Electrical issues with fuses blowing while trying to cook with aircon on. Alot of construction going on in building

Good location but not worth the money

The balcony was lovely and the apartment interior was clean. The 2 bathrooms was also great for multiple people

The lift sensor doesn’t work and almost got stuck in and wires poking out all over the place in the interior of the building. The wifi did not work at all despite full reception. In the apartment the dishwasher and microwave was broken the other bedroom to sleep had glass windows as walls so no privacy whatsoever. We also needed an extra key as we had 3 people and made it harder with different plans (you need the key to enter the apartment building as well as the room) We asked and this couldn’t be provided for us.

Everything was very nice. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The bedding and linens are good quality as well as the furnishings and bathrooms.

Liked everything. What would be an nice addition that I've appreciated being provided with other apartment stays are a few more inexpensive basics. Olive oil and vinegar, paper products, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer.

Spacious and well equipped apartment with an unique atmosphere. The apartment is very close to the sea, with breathtaking view from the balcony (3.floor). Comfortable, wide beds, cleanliness, private parking. The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The host is very kind and helpful, special thanks to Steve (and his mother) for everything.

Not a full 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment as listed

The location was perfect, as it was walking distance to town and the ferry.

When booking on the page for Limani Luxury Apartments-you have 2 options for “Apartment with Sea View” or “Apartment with Sea View”. They are two completely different apartments, but they have the same name. Most of the photos shown are for a different apartment. This listing says there are 2 bathrooms, however there is only 1 bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. The main bedroom has no closets to hang your clothes and no dresser or drawers where you can unpack you clothes. The second bedroom was so small, it was the size of a closet. If you look in the photos online, there are windows with a white frame above the sink in the kitchen, that is the small bedroom. Nowhere on the listing did it show photos of this tiny room and the lack of privacy, so beware when booking, that you have selected the correct property. There are no shades or curtains, so you have all the bright light coming into the room and anyone can see into the room from the hallway, kitchen and lounge. There is no privacy in the second bedroom due to the fact that 2 of the 4 walls in the tiny room, are all glass. You can hear every word from the hallway and kitchen and living room, since the walls are glass. The bed was not made up with when we arrived, and the room is so small, that when the bed is made up, you can not open the door. There is no room for any luggage in this room, or even a bedside table. We were eagerly awaiting a shower, but upon arrival, we had no water for the first 3 hours and there was lots of construction work going on in the building. The entire building was under construction and the noise was disturbing. There were puddles of water and cement all over the entrance of the building which we had to walk through to get to the elevator. The listing says “free parking” however, after we parked the car, when we returned the next morning, our car was locked in, no key was given to us.

Beautiful spacious apartment, excellent communication from owner

Exactly how it appears in the listing. Spacious and comfy. Fantastic view from the terrace. Owner response to any issues was instantaneous.

Bit of form not function. Lots of wardrobe space but no hangers in two of them. There is a lot of building work going on outside but that’s the case for a lot of sarande as it moves into season.

A very good stay with a few minor issues.

If I could, the apartment itself would have gotten from me 11 points out of 10 possible. Equipment, finishing, selection of materials at the highest level (as for the conditions in Albania). Good location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Very large terrace with a beautiful view. Apartment cleaned once a week (if someone wanted to clean up in the meantime, all the necessary equipment is in place.) Generally, the apartment is very, very good.

Despite the fact that the owner was very nice and friendly, there were a few minor problems. These problems made me have to be honest with the other future guests and write down what was wrong: - On the second day I asked for basic things that were not there: paper towels, garbage bags and washing-up liquid. I just got some industrial floor cleaner (??) and that's it. I had to go to the store and buy it myself. - At some point, the remote control for the underground garage gate stopped working. I asked for a replacement, but the owner asked me to buy a new battery myself. I couldn't find batteries in local stores. Fortunately, the gate was rather open. Only once, when we stood with the children at the closed gate, we were lucky and someone else opened it for us. - During our two-week stay, the building ran out of electricity 3 times (luckily we were not in the elevator at that time!). The light in the elevator was breaking too, and we often drove in the dark in the elevator.

Pas si luxueux

Le confort de l'appartement et la vue de la terrasse.

L'environnement est très bruyant la nuit jusqu'à plus de minuit. La circulation dans la ville est un cauchemar. L'éclairage intérieur était mal conçu, trés vif dans certains endroits et insuffisant en cuisine. Le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas et le lave vaisselle non plus. Les accès au parking sous terrain proposé sont une horreur. Ne pas abîmer la voiture a relevé de l'exploit. On a l'impression que l'immeuble n'est pas fini par endroits et en tout cas mal fini à d'autres.. Il y a eu souvent des coupures d'eau.. Peu de vaisselle dans l'appartement, insuffisammentl équipée, même pas un égouttoir ni une pelle pour balayer. Une plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne qu'à moitié et toutes sont lentes. .Pas une plage tranquille, même plus loin, toutes bondées, chères avec des accès routiers catastrophiques. Heureusement, la gestionnaire s'est montrée trés coopérative et nous avons pu négocier un départ anticipé et donc, sauver nos vacances.

Uitzicht op zee. Goede locatie. Vlakbij haven waar de ferry naar Corfu gaat. Appartement mooi. Goede bedden. Twee douches/wc's. Spar supermarkt onder apartementencomplex. Parkeren onder apartement.

Betalen voor gebruik parkeren. Zou in de prijs inbegrepen kunnen. Mag meer potten/pannen en (thee)glazen. Geen thee-/handdoeken. Eén douche had geen deur en afvoer liep niet goed door. Kan verholpen worden. Douchewater werd soms koud.

Super luxe verblijf op een super lokatie

Het appartement was precies zoals op de foto’s. Compact maar voor 2 personen ruim genoeg. Zeer smaakvol ingericht met goede kwaliteit meubelen. Heerlijk bed, groot terras. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad en de zee. Ina was zeer behulpzaam. Parkeren is lastig op straat maar super in hun garage.
