The location was perfect and the beaches were fantastic! The apartment is royal style!!! Very stylish and convenient decor and furniture - comfort in every detail. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect about this apartment! The apartments are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! Super Internet and big SMART TV with applications. The panoramic view from the balcony is amazing .... Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed him at any time, and manager Tatia, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. This was an excellent holiday!

Apartments in the new building. The view from the balcony is awesome! New, well-equipped and modernly decorated apartment. Inside, all ideally - fresh renovation with taste, a balcony to the sea, a bedroom and a large living-kitchen. The beach is two steps away - Access to the beach - 2 minutes with a slow walk.
1. Excellent location: restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, a supermarket, shops all nearby!
2. Stylish, aesthetic atmosphere, comfort, as if you are in your own home! Apartments are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! New double bed and mattress. The sofa in the living room is large and very comfortable for sleeping. A big bathtub. Super Internet. Species balcony with furniture.
3. Pleased with the presence of 3 air conditioners (in each room there is an individual air conditioner !!!) The air conditioning in the bedroom is great and quiet. Everything is provided !!! Pleased with the presence of a washing machine, dishwasher machine, oven and stove - the kitchen is fully equipped!
4. Especially I would like to note the goodwill and help in solving many issues not only for living, but also for organizing the: fell in love with this city and with these apartments! Thank you - the best host Alice! We highly recommend this option! rest of the manager Alice.
5. Chic view from the balcony. And on the balcony against the balcony always extraordinary beauty and size of cruise liners! Full delight !!!
I would say that at present this is the best option for a holiday in Saranda in terms of price and quality! For myself, they decided that we will definitely return to Saranda and we will only live here!

We were very happy here! We had a great rest, like in Royal palace! Complete comfort and pleasure! You can't find a better location! Within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, bars. Next to the apartment service offices for tickets, excursions and car rental. Apartment is 10 meters from the sea and beaches. The beaches are clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and parasols for rent. You can't find a better location, all you need is close as possible. Everything was perfect! From the apartment the sea view is magnificent! The car was parked right outside the house under the window of the apartment. Very convenient and safe. The Royal King and Queen apartment for Luxury Life t is large, comfortable and has a nice modern design. A big beds ad beautiful mirrors, like in Royal palace. Very comfortable, cozy rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous! There were air conditioners in every room. There is an equipped kitchen. The view of the mountains and the sea is super! And in the morning we had breakfast at the restaurant , which is about 5 minute from the apartment. Everything was very well organized by the manager Alisa. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and always ready to offer whatever you might need. Alisa is always in touch and always helped us with interesting locations and any questions. We felt like happy guests! Many thanks! We had a great rest in Royal King and Queen apartment!

Sehr nette Vermieterin, total unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbreit. Tolle Lage, toller Blick auf Korfu, gut für Ausflüge nach Ksamil, blaues Auge, etc.
Wir hatten 4 Nächte. Leider 2 Nächte abends laute Partymusik vom Zero Zero unter uns. Matratzen eher unbequem, da kann man für über 200 Euro die Nacht durchaus mehr verlangen. Wer es eher heiss beim Duschen mag kommt hier nicht auf seine Kosten.
