The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house is located near beach by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer comfort, style, privacy and yet proximity to the infrastructure and good price: 1. Brand new, modern, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony. A big balcony with furniture. 2. Very stylish and convenient decor and furniture - comfort in every detail. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect about this apartment! The apartment are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! Good Internet 3. The apartment was super clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a living - washing machine, dishwashing machine, macrowave, cofe machine, fridge, sets of utensils, etc. 4. Perfect location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket and some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The panoramic view from the balcony is amazing .... 5. Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed him at any time, and manager Tatiana, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Many thanks for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique!

You can't find a better location! The view of the mountains and the sea is super! Within walking distance of the central embankment, cafes, restaurants, beaches, clubs, bars. Under the apartment is a shop with fruits, pastries. Next to the apartment ferry port and service offices for tickets, excursions and car. The bus stop nearby to - 7 minutes from the apartment for go to Ksamil beach and Butrinti castle. Apartament is 150 meters from the sea with a beach, other beaches can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The beautiful beaches "Africa" and "Aloha" are clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and parasols for rent. There are bungalows and sofas, rocking chairs and hammocks, swings and pillow chairs - everything is very comfortable and stylish. Very cute fountains and flower beds. You can't find a better location, all you need is close as possible. Everything was perfect! From the apartment the sea view is magnificent! The car was parked right outside the house under the window of the apartment. Very convenient and safe. The apartment is large and has a nice modern design. Very comfortable, cozy rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous! There were air conditioners in every room. There is an equipped kitchen. We enjoyed on the balcony every evening. In the evening there is a stunning view of the city! The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Everything was very well organized by the manager Alisa. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and always ready to offer whatever you might need. Alisa is always in touch and always helped us with interesting locations and any questions. We felt like happy guests! Many thanks! We had a great rest!

Location is great! The staff is amazing, friendly, Alisa is the best host ever, she made sure we had everything we needed. If I ever come back to Sarandë I will definitely stay at this apartment again! Thank you Alisa for the excellent service, you made our stay fantastic! For we will back!

У квартирі було все необхідне і було дуже приємно зупинитися! Новий будинок розташований дуже близько до моря. Місце було чудово, а пляжі були прекрасні! Це прекрасний варіант для відпочинку в Саранді. По-перше - це комфорт і стиль. Абсолютно нові, сучасні, просторі апартаменти з приголомшливим видом на море і місто з балкона. Я спостерігала один з найкращих захід та схід сонця за все моє життя. Величезний балкон з плетеними меблями. Модний, дуже свіжий ремонт! Дуже стильний і зручний декор і меблі - комфорт в кожній деталі. Квартира обладнана і обставлена відмінно! Оснащена всім необхідним для проживання - пральною машиною, кава-машиною, холодильником, посудомийкою, мікрохвильова піч, набором посуду і т.д. Супер Інтернет і SmartTV з YouTube та Netflix. Квартира була чистою. По-друге ідеальне розташування в тихому і престижному районі Саранди, всього в 5-8 хвилинах від центру міста пішки і декількох хороших ресторанів всього в декількох хвилинах від квартири. Шикарне місце для відпочинку! Чудова природа і пляжі! Нам дуже сподобалося місто Саранда. Це нова туристична гавань для мандрівників. Також абсолютно дивовижна адміністратор Аліса, яка піклувався про нас і завжди був з нами, коли нам потрібно. Вона була дуже гостинна і реагувала на будь-які прохання, які у нас були під час нашого перебування. Велике спасибі за вашу відданість і особисте ставлення, які зробили наше перебування таким унікальним! Обов'язково повернемося знову!

Нема на що скаржитися, все було просто ідеально в цій квартирі.
