We booked at a very last minute because our previous booking got canceled. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed linens could be a bit more fresh ones. Balcony was nice and overlooking the street and the pool. We only used pool once - loved the beach more. Beach is very close - it was easy with the 3y old child. All the shops and restaurants are very close by. We loved our stay.

They could change the bed sheets.

Clean, spacious and had enough to manage with a family. Aircon works perfectly.

The other properties around which require some upkeep and maintenance. Also, the sewerage smells that hit you occasionally is not nice but that is not the property itself.

Apartment war sehr schön und sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, Meerblick vom schönen Balkon, Parkplatz vorhanden was ein echter Pluspunkt in Saranda ist

- Pool! Der Pool war zuerst schmutzig (tote Schaben und Insekten), dann so voller Chlor dass es nur so geschäumt hat und meine Kinder Ausschläge bekommen haben. Zusätzlich waren immer wieder Straßenhunde beim Pool und haben daraus getrunken, das fand ich auch nicht sehr entspannt mit Kindern - im Inneren des Hauses ist teilweise noch Baustelle - Getier im Haus (Kakerlaken, Ameisen, etc.) - die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war teils schwierig. Ich habe gefragt ob der Pool gereinigt wird und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen - für Strandliegen muss man ca. 10 Euro täglich zahlen

Stunning property, very modern, spacious and clean. Stayed as a family of 4 and location was great, 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and the start of the harbour so much quieter here and restaurants closer to the apartment were much nicer and better value. Good sized supermarket 2 minute walk away. Beach just across the road

The pool was the only thing that slightly let down the property. It was not the cleanest and there was not enough sun loungers with padding (without they were very uncomfortable!). We noticed people who were not in the apartments were using the pool.
