Easily accessible from city center and nice sunrise and sea view from the apartment

Location is value for money with sea view from the balcony and sunrise. Pleasant weather in December. Spacious apartment and host personally welcomed ensuring all arrangements are made to ensure comfortable stay :)

Awful stay. Old apartment with not much working. No help to rectify.

Location was convenient to both the port and the beach.

TV didn’t work Oven didn’t work Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing Aircon in main room dripped all night. Had a look and there wasn’t any filters. No light in 2nd bedroom Handle came off the front door. None of it was fixed. Came home to find the owner’s father in the unit playing with the TV remote. No prior warning. Safety issue of the kids came back alone. ‘Master’ was meant to come out and fix the oven. No-one turned up. No-one came to fix the aircon. Couldn’t sleep with it on. Back room had no aircon or fan. Was too hot to sleep in.

Best apartment in Sarande!!

This apartment is fantastic!! You can enjoy the sun on the huge balcony from sunrise to sunset. There is also another balcony from the other bedroom. Don’t think you’ll find an apartment in Sarande with better view! The apartment is really fresh and updated, even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s also right on the beach. And Tony, the host,t is great and helpful and replies to your enquiries right away. If will definitely stay here again for my next stay in Sarande!! 10/10

Everything was great. Apartment, beach, sea , Saranda , everthing you need you have. Also there is beach bar and restorant Zero Zero and greatest man Lui inside if you need anithing just searh for him and ask. Great man, food, drink everything.

Oszustwo, omijajcie ta ofertę

Po dokonaniu rezerwacji dostałam potwierdzenie i pinezkę z miejsca gdzie mamy się zameldować. I to koniec z rezerwacji. W dniu przyjazdu dostałam kolejna wiadomość ( tym razem na WhatsApp nie booking )z kolejną lokalizacją kompletnie inna od tej która rezerwowałam. Lokal w immym miejscu, całkowicie inny standard, brudny i śmierdzący. Klucze dostaliśmy od dziewczyny która była z mamą, która z kolei była połączona telefonicznie z właścicielką. Jak powiedziałam ze to nie ten lokal usłyszałam ze za tez który rezerwowałam trzeba dużo więcej zapłacić, ale i tak jest już zajęty. Mogę zrezygnować, ale w dniu przyjazdu booking ściągnie opłatę. Zostaliśmy bo nie mieliśmy innego lokum. Po wejściu okazało sie ze w toalecie nie ma wody. Po wiadomości przyjechała właścicielka z jakimś panem który naprawiał toaletę, kręcąc sie po mieszkaniu, włącznie z sypialnią. Rezerwację mieliśmy na 3 dni i tak od nas wzięła pieniądze na początku. Następnego dnia, po znalezieniu hotelu, opuściliśmy lokal ( smród był nie do zniesienia) informując o tym właścicielkę, która potwierdziła otrzymanie informacji. Korespondencja na watshapp, tak jak pisała do nas właścicielka, i wskazała jako jedyny środek komunikacji. Trzeciego dnia dostałam przez booking wiadomość od wlascicielki że dziękuje, ma nadzieję że jesteśmy zadowoleni, instrukcje dotyczące opuszczenia lokalu włącznie z zamknięciem okien których w lokalu, który nam wynajęła - nie było. Tak jakby nie było wcześniej żadnej rozmowy. EWIDENTNE OSZUSTWO I NACIAGACTWO TURYSTOW W OBCYM KRAJU.

Apartament na 5 piętrze, przestronny, funkcjonalnie urządzony, dwie odzielne łazienki, w jednej z nich pralka. Duży wygodny balkon z wygodnymi meblami oraz z opuszczanymi markizami dającymi cień.

Nie podobało nam się rozwiązanie z materiałową zasłoną w prysznicu.

Niska jakość apartamentu z ładnym widokiem

Zapłaciłam za luksusowy apartament dla 6 osób a dostałam słaby apartament, dla 4 osób i jeszcze musiałam dopłacić 25 Euro (nie wiem za co?) Stare, brudne meble, rozwalające się, zarówno te wewnątrz jak i te na balkonie. Pomimo sympatii do Alexandry niestety nigdy już tam nie wrócę.

Een comfortabel appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Een tweede badkamer is een meerwaarden als je met meerdere personen zou verblijven. De eigenares is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Prachtig appartement op hele mooie locatie en fantastische host!

Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie. Direct aan strand en uitzicht op zee. Het is een kwartiertje wandelen naar de gezellige boulevard, prima te doen. De host Aleksandra was super. Ze regelde alles goed en het contact (tijdens boeken en tijdens verblijf) was super. We hadden even een technisch mankement en de elektricien was er binnen 10 minuten en heeft het meteen kunnen oplossen. Tip: het appartement zit binnen het appartementencomplex van Zero Zero. Zo kan je het goed vinden.

Het kan gebeuren dat er eventjes geen water uit de kraan komt. Dat komt omdat het water van het complex opgepompt moet worden. Vonden wij geen groot bezwaar, gewoon even geduld hebben.
