Villa was nice enough

Spacious rooms and living area with 2 bathrooms and nice to have a veranda to sit out for meals ( we had the downstairs apartment with the red kitchen in the photos) . Air con in every room ( unusual in Albania)

Location - on the outskirts of town in a run down area up a hill , with no shops/ restaurants close by-a good 25min walk to the main part of Sarande . The beds were b hard and uncomfortable . The manager was quite rude and after saying that we could let him know in a few days when we had the cash to pay for our stay ( cash payments for accommodation needed in most places in Albania) then texted us the following day saying that the rule was payment asap and that he was at the property waiting ( we were out for the day) so we had to go back to pay him .

It is slightly difficult to follow a map to the property - this was communicated beforehand, we were assisted by staff who sent a location pin.

Massive property, spacious, clean, garden with BBQ space, helpful host.

Property was huge, the pictures don’t do it justice. Our apartment had 3 bed rooms with 3 separate bathrooms, out of 1 bedroom had its own kitchenette area with living space with addition to the main living room and kitchen where there was another small bed. It had 3 balconies with sea view, very spacious rooms and comfy beds with all of them integrated inverter. Kitchen had enough utensils and cutleries, pots and pans. Bathroom had powerful shower + very handy bum guns. Property was overall clean and the host Altin was a smiley gentleman, happy to help, eager to help and also arranged for us a self check in set up which isn’t the case usually. Only downside is i’d say the road towards the property very stiff and narrow without any proper signs. Also, on the address description the road name given is wrong which is a different road and you can’t find the property if you type the road name on the navigation. You have to put “Apartment villa luxor” in order for the navigation to work.

Consiglio di vedere Naluu beach, è raggiungibile dall'appartamento anche a piedi e molto carina

Siamo stati ospiti nei primi dieci giorni di settembre, in tre coppie. Eravamo nell’appartamento al piano terra, adeguato ad accogliere comodamente sei persone. La villa è composta da diversi appartamenti e le foto presenti su Booking si riferiscono a tutti, quindi non è possibile capire quali appartengano a quale soluzione. Segnalo che le foto relative all'appartamento dovrebbero essere n° 17 19 22 23 27 28 32 37 48 52 56 61 63 70 86 e 87. L’appartamento si apre su un ampio salotto con cucina a vista, da cui si accede a un piccolo bagno di servizio e alla zona notte. Quest’ultima è composta da tre camere da letto e un secondo bagno. Uno dei due bagni dispone di vasca con doccia, mentre quello di servizio è più piccolo, dotato di doccia senza box e lavatrice. Gli esterni sono molto belli e godibili: c’è una spaziosa veranda con tavolo e divanetti, perfetta per colazioni e cene all’aperto, con vista mare. In cortile sono presenti anche un’area barbecue e una zona relax con panche e cuscini, che noi però non abbiamo utilizzato. Un punto positivo importante: l’acqua per docce e bagni è sempre stata disponibile, cosa non scontata negli appartamenti in affitto a Saranda. La cucina è nuova e ben attrezzata: ampio frigorifero con freezer, piano a induzione, forno grande e il necessario (piatti, bicchieri, tazze ecc.). La posizione è abbastanza lontana dal centro, tranquilla e silenziosa, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Altin e alla sua famiglia, che ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e ci hanno supportato per ogni necessità durante tutto il soggiorno. We stayed in September. We were accommodated in the ground floor flat, which is spacious enough to comfortably host 6 people. The photos corresponding to the ground floor flat are 17 19 22 23 27 28 32 37 48 52 56 61 63 70 86 87.

La strada per arrivare è ripida ma al termine si trova facilmente parcheggio (almeno nel periodo del nostro soggiorno). The road leading to the villa is steep and not very easy, but at the end parking is available and was always easy to find (at least during our stay).

Duży dom, idealny dla dwóch rodzin, w świetnej cenie.

Zajmowaliśmy cały parter domu, do dyspozycji były 2 kuchnie i 3 łazienki - dobrze wyposażone - pralki, żelazko, suszarki do włosów, przybory kuchenne. WSZYSTKO w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Czyściutko. Ładny widok na Sarande.

Dość trudny dojazd, do pokonania stroma górka i nawigacja się tam gubi, ale po 2 razach idzie się przyzwyczaić ;) Trochę daleko do centrum i brak widoku na zachód ale to drobnostki.

Будинок гарний, але ці проблеми з унітазом зіпсували враження

Сподобалась велика вітальня і те, що було дуже чисто.

Забився унітаз через те, що не можна було в нього кидати туалетний папір, але або хтось із нашої компанії кинув або з попередніх гостей і все що було в каналізації поплило по ванній кімнаті. Коли орендуєш будинок на велику кількість людей важко стежити за тим щоб ніхто не кинув туалетний папір в унітаз. Заплатили ми за сантехніка і клінінг 130€ - це було занадто дорого для для цієї країни в низький сезон.

UNA VILLETTA STUPENDA CON UN PROPRIETARIO STUPENDO.

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima, io per lavoro viaggio con gruppi in tutto il mondo, e in Albania ci sono finito per vacanza e non potevo capitare in posto migliore. La casa è davvero grande e anche bella esternamente che non guasta, è dotata di tutto: Coperte, piatti, Lavatrice, Posate ecc. insomma tutto, ma la cosa molto bella è stata la griglia all'esterno dove abbiamo potuto cucinare del pesce freschissimo. Il proprietario è stato super efficienta ad ogni nostra richiesta di info su come muoverci cosa fare ecc. Se state scegliendo l'Albania e volete visitare la bellissima Saranda è qui che dovete alloggiare.

La strada per raggiungere la casa è in po impervia ma fattibile, ma sicuramente non ne ha colpa il proprietario.
