Super Blick über die Stadt und die ganze Bucht bis nach Korfu mit jedem Abend super Sonnenuntergang, Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar mit eigner Waschmaschine, alllerdings keine Spülmaschine, sehr großer Kühlschrank, 3 Terrassen zu allen Seiten, Pool super, sauber und mit direkten Meerblick aus dem Wasser.

Das Umfeld ist etwas " under construction". die Zufahrt sehr steil, aber gut machbar, daher der Fußweg ins Zentrum etwas beschwerlich, ca.15,min, störte aber nicht, da wir eh viel mit dem Auto gemacht haben...

Très bel appartement, propre et fonctionne, situé au calmel, 2 terrasses avec vue mer. Piscine agréable, avec transats ombragés par la vigne. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Emy, qui nous a donné des conseils sur la ville, et qui a été disponible et à l'écoute pendant notre séjour. Appartement proche du centre, compter 30min pour descendre en ville

L'accès à la résidence est plutôt raide et pentu.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Прямой вид на море. Бассейн и ухоженная территория. Есть частная парковка. Прекрасные и внимательные хозяева, которые заботятся о своем доме и гостях. Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Новая техника, все приборы на кухне, посуда, чистота. Нам все очень понравилось. А главное, шикарный вид на море с которым приятно просыпаться.

Дом находится на высоком склоне. Можно спустится вниз к морю и всем магазинам и кафе. Но трудно подниматься наверх. Для нас это не было большой проблемой, так как мы были на машине. Но и с коляской тоже можно дойти.

The property was absolutely stunning. Beautiful views and very comfortable.

The location is up the steepest hills I've ever seen in my life. It is so out of the way and it is extremely difficult to get to anything - it is very secluded. We walked down to the main street and it was the most physically taxing thing I have ever done. I would not recommend this property based on this. Also the host insisted that we pay cash on arrival despite having a conversation about paying via card beforehand. They insisted we find an ATM and pay in cash - the ATMs in Sarande charge per transaction. Due to this, we decided to only stay the one night and check out in the morning. The young girl (daughter of the hosts) was very pleasant throughout and was clearly only doing what her parents told her to. On our way out the girl came with her father (the host) who insisted that we pay an extra 100 euros for the booking.com commission fee. That is absolutely not our responsibility to pay. They kept us in the property for a good 15 minutes insisting that we pay that commission fee. We felt very uncomfortable and pressured.
