Przestronne pokoje, świetne wyposażenie kuchni. Dom usadowiony z dala od zgiełku, cisza i spokój. Dojazd pod górkę, ale dzięki temu jest piękny widok na morze. Na plażę mozna isc na piechotę, albo podjechać autem. Dobra baza wypadowa. Dom czysty, nowoczesny i zadbany. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Lokalizacja jest super. Można na pieszo dojść do centrum Sarandy oraz na plażę i jednocześnie mieć piękny widok i ciszę. Auto mozna zaparkować bez żadnego problemu. Apartament jest czysty, wygodny i nowy.

La struttura è esattamente come da foto: nuova, ben attrezzata e in una posizione tale da offrire panorami mozzafiato.
L’intera zona è in via di costruzione. Si accede da una strada in parte sterrata e con una salita con pendenza superiore al 20%. Saranda, nonostante sia vicinissima in termini di km, rimane lontane perchè arrivarci a piedi è davvero faticoso (e a Saranda è quasi impossibile parcheggiare9
