Everything was good and amazing services by the old couple

It seems like an old couple running the property…. Grandpa was so helpful to accommodate us at very late night and grandma made us amazing breakfast with some extra fruits tooo such lovely service

Lovely people

The owners, despite speaking only albanian, were very friendly and patient. The granddaughters speak English very well and were always available for our questions. They take well care of their guests.

The stay is on a very steep hill. The view is very beautiful, but with the extreme hot weather it's very hard to climb if you don't have a car. The owners would though drive you for a small fee upon request.

Owners are a pure love persons, bringing their own fruits just for you and threatening kids like their grandkids :)

Wonderful tranquil homely property

Beautiful tranquil surroundings yet just 20 minutes walk to beaches and restaurants. Very warm welcome and supplied with home grown produce. Even have their own chickens

Very nice guest house with amazing breakfast and friendly owners.

Very nice guesthouse located on a hill so amazing views on the city. The owners are really friendly and they gave us cold water and peaches from own garden when we arrived. The room is clean and comfortable. They made us a big traditional local breakfast, all very tasty. I would highly reccomend to stay here.

Tutto ottimo!

La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato é spaziosa e equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. La struttura ha un bel giardino in cui è possibile fare colazione e una terrazza panoramica da cui si può vedere il mare. Inoltre, la struttura é vicino al centro di Saranda, all’incirca 15/20 minuti a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo si trova in una zona più tranquilla, lontano dal caos del centro. I proprietari sono molto gentile ed accoglienti. Durante il soggiorno sono stata male di pancia e sono dovuta rimanere un’intera giornata a letto. I proprietari mi hanno premurosamente aiutato, offrendosi anche di prepararmi la cena.

Il soggiorno è stato positivo, nessun lato negativo da evidenziare. Tuttavia, la struttura si trova alla fine di una lunga salita, perciò più facilmente raggiungibile se muniti di macchina.

Dobry pokój w dobrej cenie z niewielkimi mankamentami. Warto się tam zatrzymać.

Bardzo mili gospodarze, czysto w pokoju i wokół domu. Otoczenie bardzo swojskie, dużo drzew owocowych przy domu. Piękny widok na zatokę, niestety przysłonięty przez rolety.

W nocy ciężko było trafić. Gospodyni nie mówi po angielsku (ale się stara porozumieć), koguty pieją od 4 rano :-), bardzo oszczędne śniadania. Nie udało się doprosić herbaty bez cukru.

Pomimo wszystkiego spędziliśmy tam miło czas.

Właściciele bardzo mili. Pokoje czyste i zadbane . Widok z domu przepiękny. Łóżka wygodne.

Ciężko się porozumieć z właścicielami bo nie znają żadnego innego języka jak Albański. Mieliśmy problem z dotarciem do obiektu i nie odbierali telefonu. Woda w lazienkach zimna. Nie dało się umyć normalnie. Poinformowali nas , że śniadanie jest tylko w godzinach 8 do 9 . Czyli wyjechaliśmy na urlop na którym trzeba było się zrywać szybko z łóżka . Dojście do domu jest bardzo Ciężkie 500m tylko pod górkę.

Excellent accueil par la petite-fille de nos hôtes qui parlait parfaitement l'anglais. Maison sur la colline qui domine Sarande avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Nous avons été reçues comme en famille.

Doporučujeme toto autentické albánské ubytování

Úžasný pár co nás ubytoval, nabídli nám ovoce ze zahrádky, zvládli jsme komunikaci i když neuměli anglicky, popřípadě zavolali vnučce a ta se vším pomohla. Ubytování odpovídá ceně, všechno vybavení co jsme potřebovali bylo k dispozici. Cesta je hodně do kopce ale do centra se pěšky dostanete za 20 minut. Snídaně taky super.

Ospitalità e cordialità

La famiglia che ci ha accolto è stata davvero deliziosa. È come far parte della loro famiglia. Soprattutto Ona, la giovanissima nipote, si è contraddistinta per gentilezza e ottime capacità comunicative. Sono convinta che con la dovuta esperienza sarà in grado di gestire al meglio questa attività. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, è stata tipica albanese, con ricette preparate dalla nonna e prodotti del loro orto. Tutto molto saporito e devo dire curato con attenzione. La stanza era ampia e pulita. Si vede che i bagni avevano subito una recente ristrutturazione. Ripeto, i proprietari sono persone vere e quindi questo ha reso il soggiorno presso la loro struttura ancora più autentico e accogliente.

Ho avuto solo un po’ di difficoltà nel raggiungere la villetta in quanto non vi è alcun segno di riconoscimento lungo la strada. Un’altra nota un po’ stonata è relativa alla lingua: i nonni non parlavano inglese e questo ha reso tutto molto più complicato, ma con un poco di pazienza si riusciva a comunicare. Nonostante la posizione sopraelevata e lontana dal centro città, in entrambe le serate si sentiva tantissima musica proveniente da una struttura ricettiva nelle vicinanze. mi rendo conto che però questo non dipende dai proprietari.

A fuir (vraiment désolée mais je me suis pas bien sentie).

J’ai aimé la vue, et uniquement la vue. La salle de bain propre

Alors la chambre, il y avait des meubles anciens avec des draps d’une autre époque avec une odeur assez bizarre. Les serviettes de bains étaient usagés. Le p’tit déjeuner était une catastrophe. J’ai demandé un café, on me l’a refusé, j’ai demandé une bouteille d’eau, elle était ouverte et entamée. Réveil à 5h30 du matin en toquant à la porte. Et le pompom, c’est d’avoir payé 52 euros. J’ai eu la chance de faire des guest House en Albanie entre 35 et 45 euros, je leur ai mis des 10/10 pour plusieurs raisons. Celui-ci, il faut le fuir. Ayez la voiture, c’est primordial sinon c’est fichu.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison d’hôte à Saranda ! Les hôtes sont incroyablement gentils, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider, malgré la barrière de la langue. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. Le lieu est calme, propre et parfaitement situé pour profiter de la région. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter – un vrai coup de cœur !

Una piccola oasi di piacere!

La tranquillità e la pulizia dell'alloggio contornato da piante splendidamente curate. Gli host super gentili, accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Fuori dalla confusione del centro che è comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi dell'orto.

Non poter comunicare direttamente con gli host per via della lingua🥴anche se la figlia è presente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
