Fantastic Stay Value for money

Was greeted on arrival, very clean, had everything we needed. Asked for extra towels and very quick to bring it to us. Very kind family, very safe area and excellent value for money.

The parking isn't dedicated but only had difficulty finding a space one of 5 nights there. Its also quite high up so make sure you have a car, not possible without, but we knew this before so no issues.

Superb location, close to the beach and the town centre, view is stunning. Also clean and spacious, they even gave fresh bed linen after 2 days.

Not quite as described on booking.com property has 1 bedroom and the other bed is in the kitchen space. When questioned, denis told us there is nothing he could do about it, as booking.com fill the information as two bedrooms. So expect one bedroom and a bed shared with the kitchen. Don’t trust google maps as well, we had to find our own way to reach the place, as you have to drive on some narrow roads. Cash payment on arrival in euros.

Great apartment, fantastic views, and super value for money...but it is a very steep climb to reach

Big spacious apartment with awesome views looking over the bay of Saranda. It was also great value for money for the 30 days I stayed there. BIG love/hate relationship with the mountain you need to climb each day to reach the apartment - it was horrible to hike up but at the same time it definitely kept you fit

Kitchen facilities were lacking, a few more pots and pans would be good, utensils and kitchen tools like scissors, peeler etc etc etc. Also no microwave for reheating or defrosting. Again, the hike up was pretty awful in the heat and you would need to be pretty fit or get a scooter/car

Because you are up on a hill (for the view), it was a steep climb to and from the beach area. Be prepared to climb if you did not rent a car- it was great exercise for us!

Exceptional

The apartment is new. It has a great view. New kitchen and big sea view balcony. Enough space for 4 persons. The owner is really polite and helpful. We were being late to arrive on location, but he understood our situation and welcomed us around 1:00 midnight. Thanks to Denis.

The property is uphill located. So consider that you'll need a car. They provide free parking on the property.

Exceptional place to stay in Sarande

The apartment is spacious and clean. You have kitchenware, air conditioning, hair dryer and everything that you would need. They give you new towels and bed sheets every 2 days. Denis always available to help you out. The view at night is breath taking.

The location it's on the hill and 12 min walk for the nearest restaurant or grocery store, but this is just a small inconvenient when you see the view at night.

The best host I've ever had. The first phrase was "if you need something, just say me" and that's true. My friend's mototrcycle was broken twice, and twice Denis helped us, also he helped with everything we needed like the best fish shop in Saranda and many others, so definetly 10 of 10

First road to apparts wasn't good enough but that's a google maps fault.

L'appartement était parfait, très propre et très bien équipé. Il est spacieux avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue. Les propriétaires sont charmants et se sont montrés soucieux de notre bien-être ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vous pouvez réservez l'appartement les yeux fermés !

Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour profiter du séjour.
