Amazing view and everything close!

Best view in Sarande! We really enjoyed our stay with staff and owners sharing best places - everything is close, food places amazing and Africa club down the stairs - we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment with this view it was amazing to wake up and enjoy the sunsets! First time in Sarande and not the last, very relaxing stay at Seaview aparrtments, loved it!

Fantastic sea view and clean comfortable apartment. High water pressure in the shower. Bathroom at high spec. Extensive balcony accessed from both main rooms of the apartment. Air conditioning very effective. Close proximity to supermarket, beaches, restaurants, and ferry port. Manager of the booking and Caretaker support and assistance with all that we needed for our stay was impressive.

An oven would have been a plus but not essential, cooking facilities were fine for our 5 day stay with electric hob. Eating out in the apartment`s neighbourhood was our intention anyway. No negatives for our stay, great apartment and customer care, will revisit with pleasure.

Great host, very good property if somewhat expensive compared to others further away

Location is fabulous. Right over the beach, next door to the supermarket, and 5minutes walk to Sarandë centre. Hard to beat.

Terrace was a bit small. No parking.

Saranda 2023

The apartment it self is very comfortable, and it's located only few meters from the beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and a super market nearby. The host made an extra pair of keyes for us, so that we have two sets for us.

The parking situation is not that good in the area. We decided to pay for the parking in a lot nearby. Only thing I didn't like about the apartment is that the bathroom is accessible only trough the bedroom, which is not a problem if only couples stay there.

Loved it!

The apartment is in new and excellent condition, which is rare to find in this area. The balcony is large and has a panoramic view to the ocean. It's located behind the Aloha Hotel & Club (no affiliation), and you can dance on the balcony to the club beats in the afternoon;-) In the evenings it's very quiet. The African Club is on the left, and has the best daybeds to rent for the day. Upon arrival, call the owner and a very nice married couple will come down and walk you through the property. Ignore anyone who might try to rent you any other apartment, as sometimes you'll be approached if you're standing with you luggage along the road where the entrance is. Also, you're in luck, because the best restaurant in Saranda is up the steps directly across from the entrance. It's called, Taverna Filipi. Great prices and simply amazing food. It's always packed for lunch and dinner, so you might have to wait or go early. The apartment also has a clothes washing machine!

Ótimo apartamento!

Apartamento muito espaçoso, com quarto equipado com cama de casal, guarda-roupa, cômoda e criados mudos, sala ampla, com sofás, mesa, cadeiras, smart TV e estantes, cozinha funcional equipada com cooktop de indução, aquecedor de água e utensílios suficientes, banheiro com box fechado e ótimo chuveiro. Localização excelente, a poucos metros da praia e de beach clubs, com um supermercado Spar muito bom bem ao lado e próximo de muitos restaurantes e tavernas. A poucos minutos a pé do porto de Saranda (5-10 minutos), dos pontos de ônibus com partidas para Tirana e Ksamil (15-20 minutos) e do calçadão central e praias públicas do centro (15-20 minutos).

Poderia haver alguns produtos de limpeza disponíveis para uma ligeira limpeza em estadas mais prolongadas.
