Beautiful Royal apartment! Great hospitality made us feel welcome! Thank you very much Alisa!

Beautiful Royal Queen and King apartment have everything for a luxurious holiday - new, convenient, comfortable! Great apartment in a great location! Nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance! The apartment also has balcony with front sea views, 3 air conditioners, large TV, full technical equipment in the kitchen, very comfortable new furniture. Great WiFi! Luxurious balcony and front sea views of the beaches! And the beach in front of the door literally! You just need to leave the house and walk 10 meters to the beach! This is amazing! Very clear water on a well-kept beach, highly recommended for swimming and snorkeling, despite the proximity to the harbor. Beautiful beach "Africa" is clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. There are bungalows and sofas, rocking chairs and hammocks - everything is very comfortable and stylish. There is also a reasonably priced restaurant and pizza on the private beach LaOnda. The service is kind and fast, for example, the order is taken out on a sunbed. We spent great time! Two parking lots on site. One parking in a closed area next to the house. The second private parking came in very handy when there were no spaces in the first parking. And in the harbor, yachts of extraordinary beauty and size are constantly parked. Every day is different. Full delight! We had amazing sunsets with gazebos and green areas on Africa Beach next to the apartment. Fantastic communication with manager Alisa, as well as help and support when you need it. We could keep the contact with her on WhatsApp. We spoke to her over the phone beforehand and she was waiting outside the apartments, near home for us when we arrived. This is one of the best private apartment we've ever been to. The score of 10 is quite justified, we give it a score of 10+++!!!

Everything was SUPER, the service is TOP notch!

Location is great, In the heart of the city! Space is quite, big and comfy. The room was with beautiful decorated ceelings. Really good choice it was! The beds were very comfortable. Amazing!!! The location couldnt have been better! A lot of restaurants and cafes around this place. The staff is very nice! The staff is ready to help you! Absolutely wonderful location! You guys are located at the best possible location in the city!

The best choice we could have done! Great appartment direct on the beach, with sea view - very comfortable and tidy. Alisia - the manager is doing great job and we got every day some extra service for our children. We did appreciate the very friendly approach and i would strongly recommend Royal Queen and King Luxury apartment for young families. A very pleasant and relaxing autumn holiday in a beautiful apartment in a fantastic part of the world!

The manager Alisa is very friendly and responsive and a great professional in her job. The apartment is true very luxurious. Huge balcony with panoramic sea views from the living room. This apartment has everything to feel happy! Three minutes walk to the central embankment and all amenities and services are nearby. The view from the apartment is super beautiful! Overlooking the city of Saranda, the fantastic sea bay and the island of the Corfu. In autumn the city has a wonderful atmosphere, quiet and not very crowded. The sun is gentle, the sea is warm and the sunsets are incredible! I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to return! It was an excellent visit that far exceeded all expectations!

I really did not like it when my stay came to an end.... I enjoyed my time here very very much and hope to return soon!

The sea view from the apartment and balcony is SUPER!!! It is true luxury apartment! I could not ask for something more. A very buautiful style, brand-new! Spacious, bright, luxury apartment. Everything is very convenient. It is a very clean! Comfortable two huge kingsize beds. Excellent WiFi. Two parkings near the house. Good location in the city center. Nearby there are many restaurants and cafes for all preferences. Near the central promenade-lungomare. It is very beautiful in the evening and there are many interesting entertainments and boutiques. The staff is amazing, friendly. Alisa is the best manager ever, she made sure we had everything we needed. Alisa - thank you and your team for the great service which made our stay at Royal Queen and King Luxury apartment excellent. If I ever come back to Sarandë I will definitely stay at Royal Queen and King Luxury apartment again!

Brand new, modern, spacious great apartment ( PRESIDENTIAL SUITE ! ) with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony - one of the best sunsets ever! Huge balcony with wicker furniture and rocking chair! The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house is located directly on the beach by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! LUXURY STYLE! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer comfort, style, privacy and yet proximity to the infrastructure. Also, dear owners, many thanks for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique! Will definitely come back again!

LUXURY APARTMENT - ROYAL HOLIDAY!

Huge balcony with wicker furniture and rocking chair. The most huge and expensive yachts in the world stayed stopped under the balcony. This is a thousand times cooler than Monaco! Brand new, modern, spacious great apartment (LUXURY SUITE) with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony - one of the best sunsets ever! The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house with marble stairs is located directly on the beach by the sea. Excellent WiFi internet. We used free parking right at the entrance to the house. Used the LaOnda beach car park a couple of times. It is convenient and free for customers of the beach and LaOnda restaurant. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! VIP STYLE! Gorgeous huge king-size bed! Chandeliers and mirrors, like in a palace! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer ROYAL LIFE! And many thanks to owners for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique! Will definitely come back again!

Location super right in the center and by the beach. It is 10 meters away from beach and the town's seaside promenade, has this gorgeous view over the bay of Saranda and we loved it in the balcony, enjoying the evening breeze. The brand-new kitchen, 3 AC, washing machine, dishwasher machine even a hair dryer were available in the apartment.Great view from every window. Very well equiped, clean, spaciuos, comfortable. There is an elevator. This is the most central location in Saranda. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket “Spar” very close-super friendly local's. Safe area and nice gentle 2-5 min stroll followingu the coast path to the centre (passing lots of bars/restaurants). The manager was really nice and helped and very generous in terms of check-out time. We liked it veeeery much!!!

Luxury apartment with amazing sea views! The weather in October here is warm and relaxing. The atmosphere in city is quiet and wonderful! Everything was super, the service is top notch! Newest house 20 meters from the sea !!! The location and view from the balcony is simply beyond praise !!! Excellent owners who really want guests to be comfortable and well! We rested just wonderful! We will definitely come back again!

From the apartment the sea view is magnificent! You can't find a better location! Within walking distance of the central embankment, cafes, restaurants, beaches, clubs, bars. Next to the apartment ferry port and service offices for tickets, excursions and car rental, where, by the way, you can take a convertible or buggy for fun. Apartment is 10 meters from the sea with a beach, other beaches can be reached on foot in 1-3 minutes. The beautiful beaches "LaOnda" and "Africa" are clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and parasols for rent. You can't find a better location, all you need is close as possible. Everything was perfect! The car was parked right outside the house under the window of the apartment. Very convenient and safe. The apartment is large, comfortable and has a nice modern design. A big beds ad beautiful mirrors, like in Royal palace. Very comfortable, cozy rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous !!! There were air conditioners in every room. There is an equipped kitchen. But we did not cook, we enjoyed on the balcony with wine and fruits. The view of the mountains and the sea is super! And in the evening there is a stunning view of the city!!! And in the morning we had breakfast at the hotel four stars, which is about 1 minute from the apartment. It was very good buffet. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Everything was very well organized by the manager Alisa. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and always ready to offer whatever you might need. Alisa is always in touch and always helped us with interesting locations and any questions. We felt like happy guests! Many thanks! We had a great rest!

The Royal Queen and King Luxury apartment building is located literally 10m from the beach in the first line to Ionic sea!!! Apartment we stayed in was with nice seaview and balconie very spacious. The three A/C are very well maintained, bedroom and living room with kitchen fully and well furnished. Beach bar downstairs serving very tasty Italian cuisine - yummy! Beach itself very well prepared every morning - clean and ready. We were on the most beautiful beach in Saranda "Africa Beach-Club". It is very close to Royal Queen and King Luxury apartment. The "Africa Beach and Club" has a special style and fantastic atmosphere! Last but not least, Alisia - the owner and manager is a real host and her hospitality is just outstanding. very supportive and helpful, always there to advise if needed. Alisia a great person taking care of her guests best she can. Alisia, thank you and your entire crew for a great time spent in Saranda. we'll definitely come back!!!

Совершенно новая кухня, 3 кондиционера, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, а также фен. Прекрасный вид из всех окон. Очень хорошо оборудованы, чистые, просторные, комфортабельные. Есть лифт. Это самое центральное место в Саранде. Через дорогу находится хорошая местная кофейня, отличный рыбный ресторан. Супермаркет Spar находится в 5 минутах от квартиры — очень близко. Очень дружелюбные местные жители. Безопасный район и приятная, пологая прогулка в 2–5 минутах по прибрежной тропинке до центра (с множеством баров/ресторанов). Хозяева были очень любезны, всегда готовы помочь и очень щедро предоставили время выезда. Нам очень понравилось!

Полный комфорт и удовольствие! Из квартиры вид на море великолепный! Лучшего места не найти! В шаговой доступности центральная набережная, кафе, рестораны, пляжи, клубы, бары. Рядом с апартаментами паромный порт и офисы обслуживания билетов, экскурсий и проката автомобилей, где, кстати, для развлечения можно взять кабриолет или багги. Квартира находится в 10 метрах от моря с пляжем, до других пляжей можно дойти пешком за 1-3 минуты. Прекрасные пляжи «ЛаОнда» и «Африка» чистые, галечные, с арендой шезлонгов и зонтиков. Лучшего места не найти. Все, что вам нужно - рядом! Все было идеально! Машина была припаркована рядом с домом. Очень удобно и безопасно. Квартира большая, удобная и имеет приятный современный дизайн. Большие кровати и красивые зеркала, как в Королевском дворце. Очень комфортные, уютные спальни, вид из окон шикарный!!! В каждой комнате были кондиционеры. Есть оборудованная кухня. Но мы не готовили, а наслаждались отдыхом и морем. Вид на горы и море супер! А вечером открывается потрясающий вид на город! Все было очень хорошо организовано менеджером Алисой. Весь персонал был дружелюбным, приятным и всегда готов предложить все, что вам может понадобиться. Алиса всегда на связи и всегда помогала нам с интересными локациями и любыми вопросами. Мы чувствовали себя счастливыми гостями! Большое спасибо! Мы отлично отдохнули!

Абсолютно нові, сучасні, просторі відмінні luxury апартаменти з чудовими видами з балкона на іонічне море та грецькі острови. Новий будинок з мармуровими сходами розташований прямо на пляжі біля моря. В апартаментах було все, що нам потрібне, і було дуже приємно зупинитися тут! Була посудомийна машина, пральна машина, кавоварка, праска і прасувальна дошка, 3 кондиціонери, великий Smart Tv і ще багато речей і техніки для зручності гостей. Відмінний WiFi. Ароматна кава з кавомашини з ранковим морським бризом - це неймовірно! Ми спостерігали один з кращих заходів сонця у моєму житті! Величезний балкон із меблями та ліжком-гойдалкою – це дуже комфортно! Паркування можливе поряд з будинком. І велике спасибі керуючій-менеджерові Алісі за організацію нашого відпочинку та допомогу у всіх питаннях. Дуже зручна і комфортна квартира (свіжий ремонт, простора), близьке розташування до моря ( лише 10 метрiв - ближче не буває), якість сервiсу TOP. Меблі і техніка нові. Особлива увага балкону, з якого відкривається чудовий вид на море, о.Корфу. Велика подяка адміністратору, яка зустріла нас вночі, забезпечила парковку та в подальшому надавала інформацію щодо цікавих місць Саранди.

Alisia war sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. die Lage ist perfekt, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit panorama View über Sarande. Das Apartment war vollkommen ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage - 3, Waschmaschine, WLAN und Parkplatz. Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt, dass ich nochmal 2 Nächte verlängert hatte!

Veramente bella! Assolutamente top! Vista spettacolare ed ottima posizione ... qualità prezzo eccezionali , a 1 minuti dal lungo mare. Parcheggio auto. Bell’appartamento affacciato su una splendida vista mare. Appartamento spettacolare e moderna con vista mozzafiato, si tratta di una nuova struttura situata sul lungomare di Sarande. Alisa il manager super disponile e molto gentile. Sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto!!! Ritornerò sicuramente!
