Nice design, great location, wonderful garden close to the sea.

The design and the atmosphere were really great. The hotel has a very unique design. Even the way down to the garage was absolutely incredible. The garden under the apartment was really nice, the sea is very close to the hotel.

We had a problem with the internet, and a fridge. Unluckily we noticed the fridge problem the next day, as we were really tired at night when we arrived, so mainly our stuff were trash. To say the truth, the stuff were helpful and helped us to replace the fridge, and handle the Wi-Fi issue as well.

Good stay

The apartment was quite large with 2 sofa's, kitchen table and a bedroom. There is a small private beach with sunbeds and a swimming pool (you need to pay). You can use the breakfast of the hotel (18 euro pp) and other facilities like sauna (also need to pay). The location was quite good, lots of restaurants towards the boulevard. Walking to the boulevard takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic and other people crossing you. The infrastructure of the sidewalks is horrible, especially with a stroller.

The balcony was a bit small with 2 blowers of the airco on it, the view was a bit boring, looking at buildings and hardly any sun. It was quite noisy with people moving chairs and tables underneath or above us, you could also hear the neighbors talking. It is a private apartment in a larger hotel, so the facilities are not included. We had to pay for the swimming pool (700 Lek pp/day). There was no special bed for our daughter, we had to use the sofa (which was fine, but a bit weird since is was not a sleeping sofa)

Nothing short of amazing.

Everything was fabulous! The appartment is modern, immaculate, spacious with high quality furnishings and really comfortable. The view is amazing. You wake up looking at Ionian Sea and beautiful Saranda. You make use of the 5* resort amenities including indoor and outdoor affinity pools, private beaches, bars, gym ect. The resort in itself is one of the most unique ones we have seen and we travel a lot. Management and host are amazing. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend to our friends family and business partners

Clean and spacious apartment in a great location

Good location, supermarket opposite aswell as a few restaurants and bakery within 5 minute walk. Only 15/20 minute walk to main marina. Clean and spacious apartment with pretty views.

Our apartment was on the same level as the road so was noisy at times with cars or people going past. Wasn’t any communication from the owner before and wasn’t sure on the check in process. I saw recent reviews a week before we arrived about there being an additional charge for the pool and beach usage however I queried it and considered cancelling our stay for that reason as wasn’t aware when booking, however I believe because we stayed late in the season they wavered this charge for us.

Lovely apartment with helpful hosts and access to private beach but you have to pay

Nice, clean apartment with underground parking. Hosts were very accommodating after locking ourselves out twice, quick to reply. The beach is lovely but you have to pay.

Had to pay for the beach (500lek) and pool (700lek) good 25 minute walk downhill to the centre and public beach.

I would say it’s pricey for what it is and offers. It operates as separate unit from hotel on hotel grounds. Hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The pool felt a bit dirty and beach area small - and the fact that it was at extra cost also was not very nice, but again, nothing that is fault of the owners of apartment. Overall, the price is high for value what you get.

It was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, the location set the tone: true beachfront, so close you can hear the waves from the balcony, and with a cluster of terrific restaurants just minutes away on foot. That convenience alone would have made the stay memorable, but Megan elevated it even more. Communication was fast and friendly, with thoughtful touches sprinkled throughout the space. When our plans shifted and we needed extra time on departure day, she didn’t just say “no problem”—she actively worked the schedule to stretch our checkout as late as she possibly could. That kind of flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated. In short, beautiful setting, delicious food steps away, and hosts who genuinely care.

Nice, clean and great location- near markets and sea.

It was big, clean appartement, 2 air conditioners, washer and it was close to the sea and sunbeds.

The pool was not beside the app, it was hotel’s pool, and if you wanted to stay there- two sunbeds were 1000 lek.

Ok property but don’t go here if you don’t like LOUD music all day long!!

Close to the beach (hotel-owned, so had to pay extra to use). 15 minute walk from city center / habour promenade. The service we got from the staff (private owners) was outstanding!!

We booked for five people but this property is not suitable for 5. The sofa bed is just a sofa and not very long and uncomfortable. Kitchen not well equipped - not even a cork screw for wine. One room doesn’t have a window to the exterior, so very dark. Other room had no cabinet for clothes so had to “live in the suitcase”. Wireless does not reach entire apartment. And the “garden view” - it’s not a view to a garden but to a pathway from other properties to the beach area, so not private at all. This is a private apartment inside the hotel resort which means that we had to pay to use the beach. That adds up when you’re five people for two weeks! And it was not mentioned until we got there. Lastly - and that’s the worst part. The pool of the hotel is very close and for some reason the pool bartenders play music VERY load and ALL day long. To an extent where it’s impossible to have a normal quiet conversation! Despite several complaints, nothing was done about it. Writing to the hotel receptionist did no good either - they didn’t even have the curtesy to respond to my email! Note: you have to pay in cash on arrival - this was also not mentioned beforehand!

The location was great. The apartment was confortable. The kitchen had all facilities we need. There were clean sheets and towels. The sea view from the balcony was amaizing and relaxing. We enjoyed everything.

Everything about our stay at the Bellavista Apartments was wonderful. Bardhi and Megan, the hosts, were very friendly and helpful. They quickly helped us with all we needed. The apartment was clean and cozy and had a nice view. The apartment's location was ideal because it was close to the city center.

Sparsely equipped: no teapot, no hair dryer, no toiletries or soap. Very few utensils in the kitchen. I specifically asked whether the pools would be open (we were there in second half of October) and the property manager said they would be. However, that wasn't the case. I understand that it's the decision of the hotel management. So please be aware when booking. In all, that allowed us to explore more of beautiful beaches around. The communication on the part of owners/managers could be improved: more instructions on check-in, check-out, how to get to the place, to the beach, how to park the car. That's a must. Would also be nice to have some recommendations of activities/brochures like many places have - it does not make much effort but would make a difference for guests.

Superb

We loved everything. Did not use the pool because we prefer the see. Complex is very beautiful. There are markets and restaurants right next to the complex.

One thing we did not like is that in our apartment the bedrooms were connected by a window and that was the only window in one room. The kids didn't mind but it reduces privacy.

It was a bit difficult to figure out where the apartment was at first....says the name of the hotel but yet the apartment is separate and is not dealt with by the hotel reception itself...bit complicated on a hot afternoon but the host did arrive quickly when we phoned. Friendly daughter of host on phone helped to interpret any questions.

I booked the apartment because the pool was included, however the pool had to be paid extra...not too much but still extra when unexpected.

The worst place ever stayed 😪

I didn't like it at all.

It wasn't safe 😕 first . You couldn't lock the doors. Restroom small and old washer . 1 of the bedrooms no windows. No wireless. And no access at the beach or swimming pool. You had to pay $10 for umbrella at the beach ⛱ & $10 at the pool. No breakfast. And too noisy.
