Lovely spacious apartment that is within a nice hotel complex. As such you have to enter through the hotel to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was equipped with everything you would need including pots and pans for cooking, it was really big, had a washing machine (plus a drying rack on the balcony), is well lit, clean and has comfy beds. The apartment was quiet in terms of the noise from within the building, however there is at times quite loud music coming from an establishment further down the strip which is likely to be heard from most of Sarande to be quite frank.
The grounds of the hotel complex were really nice and in the hotel lobby area there is a spot where you can exchange books. They also offer free parking which is in the underground parking area of the hotel, though you can only park in a certain area that has the sign Bella Vista apartments above it.
Quite difficult communicating with the hosts which is quite disappointing considering how nice the actual apartment is. Firstly, we were not given clear information on the parking situation, they were not responsive with queries that I had. I had asked if it were possible to store luggage on Whatsapp and was ignored. I asked again on Booking,com and did get a response but already found alternative storage by that time. Lastly, on the day of check-in the man who came barely spoke English (which was difficult to sort out the parking) plus said we needed to pay on the spot in cash (in lek or euros which we didn't have until exchanging pounds nearby). He did eventually let us pay later but I think it needs to be made clear that you can't pay by card and it's required to pay on the spot.

The pool was great
This is not a 2 bedroom property.
It has 1 bedroom and 2 beds in the living room, with a curtain round.
The sofa bed is just a sofa. Not a pull out bed.
