Appartamento top di gamma. Molto ben arredato, spazioso, luminoso con tutti i confort. Terrazzo sul mare.

Impossibile parcheggiare. La via di accesso ha una fortissima pendenza e i pochi fortunati che trovano un parcheggio devono bloccare le ruote con delle pietre. Il secondo giorno abbiamo parcheggiato ad 1 km di distanza. Visti i costi molto alti, la mancanza di parcheggio incide negativamente

The place is wonderful, right on the beach. Very beautiful luxurious apartment with all you need. Plenty cafe and restaurants around. A beach bar few steps from the property. A common pool downstairs.

Unfortunately two days before we have arrived was a big storm that caused a lot of damage around, including the boiler in the property and the common pool, so for three days we didn’t have a hot water and couldn’t use the pool during the vacation. The owner did take care of the boiler problem, but it took three days. So the owner kindly gave us a 10% discount. The location of the property a bit far from the promenade of Sarande, about 15-20 min walk, but there are beaches, sea sports and lot of restaurants around. Also there is no parking spot and the area is very busy, but we always found a parking around.

Location Perfect, pool 20 steps, sea 30 steps. Apartment very modern, and extremly well equipt. Perfect modern location to spend a relax holiday with your family.

We have nothing to complain

The location, the views are amazing, very luxury apartment, everything thought for a pleasant time. Very good and comunicative staff. Fantastic place. I highly recommend it.

The only issue is the parking lot, the place have a few spots, and the apartment is in a downhill. But this is not a big problem.
