Excellent place to stay with plenty of room for 7 people. Very confortable and pleasant.

Whilst we identified a couple of issues these were quickly resolved by management.

Perfect terrace for sunsets and amazing support from Illya

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious with a huge terrace – perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. Illya welcomed us very kindly and communication was excellent. We had an issue with the key at 2am, and he came within 30 minutes to help us. He was incredibly kind and professional. Thank you very much!

What could be improved: the locks are a bit old and sometimes difficult to open, including for the rooms and toilet. The elevator is also very small (max 3 people), quite slow, and requires a chip to access ( we had only 1 for a group for 8)

very nice view, but dirty apartment with bad response

nice location and view

very very filthy and dirty apartment. no equipment, like coffee machine or enough cutlery. Everything except the beds was really sticky and dirty, had to clean half a day by ourself before using it. landlord was very bad with his response and partially no response at all (when we complained about the dirty apartment when moving in)

There were no shampoo in shower, the elevator was small, fit only 3 people and need to have chip everytime.

Schönes modernes Apartement

Sehr schönes Appartment im 5. Stock. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer für bis zu 10 Personen, wenn in den beiden Elternschlafzimmern 3 Personen schlafen. Ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Sehr große schöne Terasse mit Meerblick zur Zeit. Wirklich nützlich, 2 Tiefgaragenplätze sehr wichtig bei der Parksituation. Günstiges albanisches Restaurant in der Nähe. Auch noch viele weitere vorhanden.

Trotz Angabe keine Geschirrspülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine wurde später geliefert. Konnten uns aber finanziell mit dem Vermieter einigen. Vor dem Haus wird gebaut, endgültige Höhe nicht einzuschätzen, dadurch wird zukünftig der Meerblick eingeschränkt. Vorher mit dem Vermieter klären.
