Lovely location. Easy parking

Location was great. Apartment was huge and parking was perfect

Power point were behind the beds and light switch as well. No tea or coffee or sugar or washing powder. These should be standard is any apartment rental to travelers

Best location in Sarande with a veryyy spacious apartment!

Highly recommend Cava apartments!! I would say it is the best location in Sarande. The view from the balcony is spectacular. It has ocean front view of the sea, view of the downtown Sarande, view of the hilltops all from both balconys. The hosts where top touch service. Upon arrival they direct you to the parking lot inside the building and tell you all the amenities. The apartment is veryyy spacious for European standards and big enough for your whole family. Restaurants, grocery stores and beaches are footsteps away. Will definitely be returning to Cava when I come to Sarande.

Great location and perfect stay for families in the heart of Sarande

The two rooms and balcony were just fine. In terms of facilities, everything was Ok. There was a paid parking lot for the car in the basement area (4 euros) . The view from the wide balcony was of the sea and was excellent. There was always hot water in the toilet and in the kitchen, and the Internet was very good. The beds were just OK. The changing of the linen was on 3 days. The location of the apartment is just at beginning of the walking area of around 1.5 km. Many shops and markets are around. Great Italian restaurant in the building

The place is just great. Super location and good facilities in the apartment. Maybe the fact that we caught COVID 19 being exposed to so many people in Sarande. The safety box was missing, it will be useful. Once the elevator was out of order, but it was fixed very fast. My car was blocked by another car at the paid parking lot when I was supposed to leave the place, and there was a need to intervene at the reception. the problem was fixed in 30 minutes

Perfect holiday

A beautiful apartment by the sea, with an incredible view. Large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a big livingroo, perfect for two families. Very nice staff, they helped us immediately to repair the car. Parking space at the accommodation unit, real help in that area. Recommend this location with confidence.

Exceptional

We were 5 people and apartment was bigger what we need 😀. Helpful receptionist and cleaner 👌 see view from every room. Huge terrace! Music from outside you will hear till 12.30 am. So if you font like partys or even few drinks on the terrace will be difficult to sleep.

For families in heart of Saranda

Views, fully equipped house, underground parking (very useful and totally worth 4 eur a day - all the road around are just full and not having your own place might be a problem). Just a step from promenade, supermarket in neighboring house

Noise at nights (but ends exactly at 11 pm), very crowded location in the evening, but that's what you expect from the apartment in the heart of the city. You have to drive to the beach, the city beach is definitely not for swimming

Location, parking, Spectacular wiew. On the ground floor there is an exchange house, bistro, supermarkets, etc A very big apartament, with 2 spacey terraces.

The doors creaked very badly. Comparing the present situation with the same appartament of 2 years ago (we stayed in the same place), it was missing a lot of furniture: one sofa in the living, the kitchen table then, was bigger and more confortable, the mattress in one bedroom was a lot smaler than the bed, on the terace was missing the improvised sofa, that was very confortable to stay and admire the beautiful wiew. I recommand for the accommodation of 4 people, the reception to offer 2 keys not just one.

Good quality for price. The apartment has everything one needs. Even the WiFi is awesome! It has a washing machine and iron, moka pot, enough pans, pots, cups and itensils. The bed is very comfortable with enough pillows. Enough space for everything you bring on holiday. The terrace is huuuuge and has a beautiful sea view. The space is very clean and the cleaning lady comes every 3 to 4 days. And well, there are TWO air conditioners.

The rooms are on higher floors, so prepare yourself to wait for the elevator. But it was never ever broken. Also, the shower is quite small, it would be just perfect if it was bigger, but even like this it is not bad. This is really not big deal, just to warn the future guests.

The location is really good. The apartment was large and had a great view of Sarande.

All the plumbing in the apartment was leaking. The shower, washing machine, air conditioning, the sink all needed a better plumber.

Good Apartment, nice sea view, great Location

Our Apartment was spacious and clean, with a beautiful sea view. AC worked good. Location is perfect, right at the beginning of the new built Promenade and close to Clubs and Restaurants. There's no better Location in Sarande if you want to go for a drink/walk in the evening.

Only one of 2 Bedrooms had a door to close. the other bedroom could need at least a curtain or something to get a little more privacy. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, but there are no light-resistant curtains, so expect sunlight in the morning. but i think this is only a (small!) problem for people like us who did party all night long ;-)

Good location, nice hosts & reasonable apartment which could be a whole lot better with a few tweak

The apartment was in a great location so was easy to find and easy to access the beach and restaurants/shops A lovely gift after arrival and the reception tried to help with some issues we had around transport but this is a hard thing to nail down in Albania

So the apartment was really big and airy but the bathroom was dark and their was no natural light and one of the bathroom lights didn't work. We reported it but seemed to hard to fix. The sink area of the kitchen smelt a bit probably an issue with the drains. Also a massive kitchen but not many utensils or toaster. We didn't use the balcony because the seating wasn't comfortable and it would have been a real bonus to have some nice chairs on there.

there were difficulties with finding apartments (inaccurate information on the site), a lot of minor troubles (interruptions in the elevator, shutdown of water and electricity, etc.)

Eine tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral in Saranda gelegen und sehr sauber, klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine große Wohnung mit Meerblick, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, es war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wurde alle paar Tage gereinigt (da wurden wir immer vorher per Whatsapp informiert) und die Handtücher gewechselt, nur das WC Papier haben wir selber aufgefüllt, gar kein Problem denn unterhalb des Gebäudes ist direkt ein Supermarkt, da haben wir uns auch immer Getränke geholt und Kleinigkeiten zum Naschen. Wir hatten auch eine Waschmaschine, sehr praktisch um zwischendurch mal die Strandtücher oder Unterwäsche zu waschen;o) Das Apartement liegt sehr zentral in Saranda, gleich ein paar Meter oberhalb der Promenade, man kann vo da aus alles zu Fuß erreichen. Was im Nachhinein für uns das wichtigste war - die Tiefgarage! Wir waren mit Mietauto unterwegs und haben festgestellt, daß in Saranda das Parken ein großes Problem ist, ohne Garage wären wir wahrscheinlich verzweifelt. (In der Nebensaison ist es sicher besser aber wir waren Ende August/Anfang September dort und es ist sehr viel los gewesen) Uns haben die sehr netten Mitarbeiter Florian und Angela geholfen, die waren immer für uns da und haben sich sehr bemüht, sogar Wein und Raki haben sie uns gebracht, sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Cava-Apartement-Hotel buchen wenn wir nochmal nach Albanien reisen! Ein kleiner Tip am Rande, man braucht ein gutes Navi, die Gebäude haben alle keine Hausnummern und sind teilweise schwer zu finden - auch da haben wir sehr hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen die uns geholfen haben unser Ziel zu finden.

Nous avons fait 3 logements en albanie et celui-ci est de loin le meilleur, l'emplacement est top vous êtes à moins d'une minute de tout - commerces,bars,restaurants plages et nous avons passé notre temps sur le balcon qui est exceptionnel avec une vue mer à couper le souffle
