Mi-a plăcut locația, apartament spațios, comod, vederea de la balcon plăcută la mare și bărcile ce plutesc, internet, apa din robinet curge cu jet puternic, mașină de spălat rufe și vase, aparatele de aer condiționat bune, lucrează perfect.
Vederea din odăi lasă de dorit, la bucătărie trebuie de suplinit ustensilele, să repare ușa de la cabină în baie, să atragă atenție la curățenie mai riguros, televizorul nu este conectat la un provider de furnizarea canalelor, efectiv stă de formă.
