we had an awesome stay at the apartment. the host, Eddi goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. The building is a bit old but well maintained and clean.

The apartment was small but comfortable with big terrace. Ideal price/quality ratio. We were at the third floor and we had a beautiful see view. Exceptionally clean and with all the necessary amenities. The host was great! The best host we had ever met in Albania!

Perfect location, private parking spot inside the courtyard, spacious apartment with nice balcony and the stuff who were more than helpful with refreshing positive vibe, they really enjoy in their work and welcoming guests. All recommendations, definitely would choose it again.

Comfort

The location is simply fantastic because it is exactly in the city center and it is also close to many other facilities. If you want to spend a day in Ksamil, for example, the bus station is just a few meters away. Moreover, the owner was really kind and helpful, honestly, we really felt home there.

We just needed to wait a few minutes, until we receive the keys because our phones were not working in Albania to call the owner, but this is just a detail.

Great place to stay in Saranda

the view to Ionian sea and Corfu island from balcony is amazing. Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from promenade and peaceful at the same time. You can find all what you need in the apartment and landlord is very helpful.

Great place with beautiful view

We spent a week and a half in this wonderful place. The apartments were spacious, very clean and well equipped. There was a kettle, stove, dishes. Especially we liked the sea view. We lived on the third floor, from where we could see the island of Corfu and a dreamy sunset. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as private parking which was very convenient.

Perfect place - Great location

The flat was perfect and much better than I expected. I loved the location, after the end of the promenade and a couple of minutes from everything. Yet it is very quiet. The beach and sea are right in front. Ask the friendly owner for best beach and restaurants.

A great place, with amazing sea view, with every unitily, clean, quiet, nice people, relaxing

Like most of albania, the cleanliness is exceptional. It was super tidy. It had everything Towel were provided. We met only the owner (lady) she was very nice as most albanians are in albania (as for my experience$). Also it is just one street from the main road yet it is sooo quiet. Also the view is amazing

The Tv wasnt work aka we werent able to turn it on the channels also the pin on the map is wrong. the apartment building is in street Bilal Golemi which is a street under the one that is indicated.

Wohnung schön, Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, Sarranda selbst nur was für Junge

Wir haben ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer bekommen bzw. konnten uns aussuchen welches Apartment wir wollten. Das ausgesuchte hatte dann einen sehr schönen Meerblick. Die Dusche bzw. das Bad war sehr großzügig und es gab auch eine Handseife. Wir hatten viel Platz da es noch ein zweites Schlafzimmer gab, das wir eigentlich gar nicht gebraucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit Edi hat super funktioniert über WhatsApp. Jede Frage würde innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Er hat uns auch die Koordinaten für das Haus zugesandt, aber ohne Netz ist das nun mal etwas schwierig. Es gibt nur eine Kochplatte, Die hat sehr gut funktioniert, nachdem wir das Prinzip herausgefunden hatten. Insgesamt war der Küchen und Wohnbereich etwas klein, aber für uns hat er völlig ausgereicht.

Wir reisten von Griechenland aus an und konnten erst in Saranda eine Telefonkarte kaufen und das auch erst nach dem wir nach ca. einer Stunde suchen das Apartment dann gefunden haben, nachdem mein Mann über ein kostenloses Wifi in einem Autohaus den richtigen Weg zum Apartment fand. Unser Navi hat uns da doch sehr in die Irre geführt und beim Haus selbst gab es keinerlei Erkennungszeichen oder Hausnummer. Die Dame des Hauses hatte uns dann wohl schon erwartet und dann uns auch geholfen das Gepäck in die erste Etage zu tragen. Ein Schild am Eingangstor würde hier Abhilfe schaffen. Der Weg zum Strand betrug tatsächlich nur 400m, aber er ging über viele Treppen hoch und runter. Am Strand selbst waren wir nicht, nur an einem weiter weg, aber die Strände sind alle Steinstrände und unterhalb des Hauses liegt quasi die Hauptverkehrsstraße, von der man den Lärm auf dem Balkon durchaus hört. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ließ es sich aber gut schlafen. Saranda ist eine Bettenburg und unseres Erachtens eigentlich eher nur etwas für junge Leute, die tagsüber am Strand sind und abends HalliGalli machen wollen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

Apartman je predivan, domacini preljubazni, cena pristupacna, plaza na 5-10 minuta (u zavisnosti od dela plaze koji zelite). Sve pohvale za apartman i vlasnike. Sve je cisto, uredno, prostrano i privatno, sto je meni bilo vazno, bez buke drugih stanara. Srdacno preporucujem apartman. ♥️

Albánie -Sarande -řídí pravděpodbně mafie s politiky nikdy nedostanete doklad , vše cash, a když tak bez DPH, kurz 1:1

Když tak přemýšlím tak nic.

Prakticky vše -lokalita , parkování, vybavení, hluk, pračka není v apartment jak je deckarováno, WIFI -rychlost up 2,2Mb down 0,6MB (megabit nen megabajt) pokud musíte pracovat na PC tak nikdy nikdy tam nejezděte. Vše bez dokladu, prostě 90´ u nás v ČR. Recepce není, varná konvice není, klima jen v jedné ložnici. Odpadky je netrápí , ale všude uvidíte místní v posledních modelech BMW, Audi, Mercedes.

Prettig appartement

Mooi ruim appartement met een ruime badkamer en groot balkon. De keuken is niet zo groot maar groot genoeg want je kunt overal lekker eten. Bedden slapen zalig en je kunt ook gebruik maken van de 2 wasmachines en vervolgens de was op je eigen balkon ophangen, wasknijpers zijn ook aanwezig. Appartement is binnen een paar minuten lopen van het strand en de boulevard en ligt in het rustige gedeelte van Sarandë.

Een waterkoker zou fijn zijn.
