Lovely view, short walk to prom, 15 mins walk from ferry, 10 from various tour providers. Eateries also almost on doorstep. The apartment itself is spacious as described, and decked out very tastefully, seems likely a recent conversion to rental.
Lifts were effectively out of service for one day, power cut for an hour one night (location, not just the rental). Only takes cash payment.

It was very spacious, clean with a great Seaview and great location.
Street Parking hard to get space...only 1 lift fob so we always needed to go out together or climbed lots of stairs

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Rispondeva sempre a qualsiasi messaggio e su richiesta ci ha permesso di ritardare di qualche ora il check out. Appartamento spazioso e molto carino, il pezzo forte è il balconino con vista. Posizione ottima.
Unica piccola pecca: la mancanza di un tappeto da usare dopo la doccia. Non c'era un piatto doccia per cui il pavimento tendeva a riempirsi di acqua vicino la doccia e abbamo dovuto utilizzare un telo da mettere sul pavimento (con dispiacere nei confronti degli addetti alla pulizia, visto che alla fine del soggiorno era particolarmente sporco).
